Help with a physical Azelf

Yea, when I first started playing diamond I wasn't really into evs and Ivs, but I've just really started getting into that important stuff and started to look back on some pokemon I had caught and checking there ivs/natures etc. Well I have a jolly azelf with the ev spread 18/28/18/21/28/14. I thought it would be pretty cool to have a physical azelf and really suprise some people once I start finish my wifi team. So what do you think would be a good move spread/ev spread for this guy, thanks alot.
 
The problem is, Azelf is a special sweeping. There are practically no options for him besides Explosion and Payback, and U-turn which is only used for scouting. Don't use a physical Azelf, you'll have to go with a special one as physical ones are walled by Gengar, Metagross and stuff
 
It was just an idea because I had it for awhile, had I know all this stuff before I could have soft reset, etc. I just wanna try to use what I have.
 
If I were you, I'd try trading it on GTS.

I did that, and after about 5-7 tries I got a Gentle one (unfortunately), but it had 26+ in SpAtk and Spd. Not that great because of the nature, but I still have my ingame one that I can always Reset for
 
Azelf @ Choice Band
- U-Turn
- Explosion
- Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt/Return.
