Help with Breeding

I'm starting a project in making a Ludicolo with Synthesis and Leech Seed.

I already started and I have a couple of good IV'd Lotads, but they don't have the two egg moves. What I need is some suggestions on how to get the two egg moves on the Lotad without starting completely over.

Oh ok sorry, relatively new to forums.

But one more quick questions and I'm done.
Does the male have to have good IVs? Or do i just have to hope that some good IVs from the female Lotad move on.
 
Make sure the female has all the IVs you want to pass down, the male can have ok IVs. As soon as you get a male with better IVs, replace it with the previous male (level it up a bit so it doesn't lose the egg moves!) and continue.
