Help With Stall Team (Peak 1600)

Hey Everyone! I use to play competitive Pokemon many years back, but I am now getting back into it and am familiar with the basics. However, I do need help fine tuning my team as I want to get into the top 500. Please help!

Quagsire @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Scald / Waterfall
- Toxic / Curse
- Earthquake
- Recover

This is probably my favorite mon on my team. It is the swiss army knife of Pokemon for me. Stops almost all physical setup sweepers, provides ground type coverage, and spreads toxic. Great against Zamazenta, most tanky Zapdos variants, Magnezone and most physical sweepers not running a grass type move.
This mon would seem like a natural switch in to Tapu Koko and Zeraora, but he is not. Good players will run Grass Knot. However, if you scout that Zeraora has Knock Off then he typically will not have Grass Knot making Quagsire a fine switchin to him.
I have also tested the curse and waterfall variant to allow him to become a setup sweeper, but found it less reliable as you generally just want to switch in and out.

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 108 Def / 150 SpD
Calm Nature
- Knock Off
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain / Leaf Storm

Because Quagsire is not a good switch-in to Tapu Koko and Zeraora due to Grassknot. These mons can potentially Volt switch you to death. This is why Tangrowth with Assault Vest is on this team. He can switch in take the Volt Switch of Choice specs Tapu Koko with Stealth rocks and regenerator out with full health. Which means they take Stealth rock damage and you do not.

If opposing team does not have Tapu Koko or Zeraora, then this mon can also be used to check to Ferrothorn with Leach Seed, and bulky ground and water types such as Hippowdon, Swampert, Quagsire, Slowbro etc.

Also, There are no mathematical calculations for the EV spread. Not sure how to do these calculations so that it is optimal, but if someone can help me with a more fine tuned EV spread that would be awesome. The thing I want with this Tangrowth is a good switch in to Volt-Switch mons, but some physical bulkyness to handle other mons as well.

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Protect
- Will-O-Wisp
- Soft-Boiled
- Earthquake

This is my second favorite mon on the team. Also a swift army knife that does a lot for the team. Protect is for Future sight. You use protect to stop whatever attack the mon uses only taking the future sight damage which does next to nothing. However, protect does not work against Urshifu-Rapid Strike.
Will-O-Wisp completely cripple's a lot of mons that want to switch in on Mew.
Earthquake because this is my Heatran counter. It is nice too because most opponents don't expect Earthquake on Mew.
This is also my Tapu Lele wall.

Dragonite @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature

- Heal Bell
- Ice beam / Flamethrower
- Dual Wingbeat / Earthquake
- Roost

This is my wall for Kartana, and Urshifu Rapid Strike. Both these mons do next to nothing to him and he can threaten them with with Dual Wingbeat. I also like ice beam to threaten a lot of other mons, however flamethrower is nice to OHKO Kartana as they often do not expect this and also does a lot of damage to defensive Corviknight and Skarmory. Not sure what the best moves are here. Some input would be nice. I don't like Earthquake that much just because I already have two other mons using Earthquake, but I have tried it and it does fine too.

Heal Bell is absolutely necessary on any stall team. This mon does a good job providing it.

Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Defog
- Iron Defense/ Brave Bird
- Body Press / U-Turn
- Roost

Last two mons are boring ones, but necessary for stall. Corviknight is my defogger. Handles a lot of physical checks but most notably Bisharp and Weavile. Also a good switch in to most stealth rockers, except Heatran. I like Iron Defense and Body Press as this allows Corvi to be potentially a late game sweeper once their ghosts are gone. However, Brave Bird and U-Turn are good too and have tried it. I do like body press to be able to OHKO Bisharp and Weavile. Could switch Iron Defense for Brave Bird though. Would like to know your guys thoughts.

Blissey @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Toxic
- Soft-Boiled
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss

Nothing much to say here. Standard build. Blissey is Blissey. She does her job and does it well. The only question I have is if Toxic is necessary since I already have two other mons that give status effects. However, the reason I keep it is to beat certain special sweepers that I wouldn't be able to otherwise, such as Volcarona with Giga Drain, Calm Mind Blacephalon, Calm Mind Tapu Fini after you stall out their Misty Surge, and Nasty Plot Hydreigon.

This my team. It is designed to handle pretty much most threats, but I feel like it can be optimized or certain mons switched for something better. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

For tangrowth you should use sleep powder over sludge bomb, I would also highly suggest using giga drain instead of leaf storm for the recovery (and so your SPA doesn’t get dropped)

Agreed with Giga drain, made the change. Having recovery can be important on this mon. Although the damage on Leaf storm can be nice at times.
I believe I cant use sleep powder with Assault Vest, and assault vest is the whole reason I want to run Tangrowth. Thanks for the input.

Oh yeah sorry I totally forgot about the assault vest haha

You are wasting one stat point with your ev spread on Tangrowth. You should take 2 ev's out of defense or spedef and put it in the other. Not sure about an optimal spread just wanted to point that out.
