SM OU Help with team build.

I made my sun and moon team and have been using it for a while now and I haven't had much succes with it so I need some advice on how to improve it.

I keep getting sweeped and I wondered if I should change something up. I tend to not really get any momentum in battle and tend to lose. So if you have any ideas for my team or new Pokemon recommendations please tell me!

Greninja
Protean
Life Orb
Naive
Ev's - 235sp/20atk/225s

Ice beam
Dark pulse
Water shuriken (might switch to hydro pump)
U-turn

Greninja is a very useful late game sweeper and revenge killer. Water shuiriken lets greninja have a good priority move tofu sh off opponents while ice beam and dark pulse deal huge damage combined with life orb on his opponents even if it's just a neutral hit. U turn is used for getting out of a bad match up and to help switch in other Pokemon.

Toxapex
Rgenerator
Leftovers
Bold
Ev's - 255def/255spd/4hp

Scald
Toxic
Bane full bunker
Recover

Toxapex is a great stalling tank with its status inducing moves like baneful bunker and toxic. Toxic is their for the long term stalls with Toxapex while baneful bunker is for a more reliable poison on the target (if it's physical). Recover only adds to the effect of this tank for good recovery paired with regenerator let's it have great longevity. Scald is also there to burn physical attackers or to status effect steel types which Toxapex has trouble with. Left overs also helps with recovery over time.

Alakazam
Synchronize
@ Alakazamite
Modest
Ev's - 225s/225sp/4hp

Shadow ball
Psy shock
Dazzling gleam
Energy ball

Alakazam is a Great Wall breaker with his devastating attack from his mega form. His mega form is also useful for combatting ultra beasts (which are all around the current meta) copying their beast boost and racking up kills for a huge sweep. Psy shock is there for stab, dazzling gleam is there for killing dragon types such as Garchomp, energy ball is for coverage and shadow ball is used for taking out other physics and ghost types which threaten Alakazam

Garchomp
Rough skin
Choice Scarf
Jolly
Ev's - 255atk/255s/4hp

Poison jab
Earthquake
Rockslide
Dragon claw

Garchomp is a fast, heavy hittin monster with great coverage. Poison jab is used to combat fairy types which threaten Garchomp, earthquake is for stab and a good counter to Tapu Koko, rocklike Eisner for coverage and flinch and dragon claw is for stab and anti dragon. Choice scarf helps Garchomp get a edge over other garchomps with the speed boost so he can get the first strike in first.

Mimikyu
Disguise
@Ghostium z
Adamant
Ev's - 255 atk/255s/4hp

Shadow sneak
Shadow claw
Swords dance
Play rough

Mimikyu is a great Pokemon where in the fact that he's a good switch in. And even if his disguise doesn't get destroyed he can set up a swords dance and start to do great damage to the other team paired with ghostium z this can pull of a potential OHKO. Shadow sneak is for revenge killing and finishing off opponents, shadow claw is good damage and stab, play rough is also stab and is useful for dragon types, Swords dance gives Mimikyu a almost guaranteed set up for a sweep when his disguise is still up. Ghostium z is there to do massive damage to a opponent and paired with swords dance can do immense damage.

Magneton
magnet pull
eviolite
Calm
Ev's 255spd/255df/4hp

Reflect
Thunder wave
Thunderbolt
Flash cannon

Magneton is a wierd Pokemon to use but he is surprisingly good in battle. He is used as a setup with reflect and thunder wave stopping most sweepers in their tracks while also doing a decent amount of damage its self. I choose magneton over magnezone because magneton has about the same defenses as magnezone but a higher base speed. Reflect helps it for taking physical attacks and thunder wave can slow down sweeps substantially. Thunder bolt and flash cannon are for stab and for being a tank magneton can dish out huge damage. Eviolite gives magneton even more defense than he has making him able to tank a lot of heavy damage, his typing also helps him in that regard. But theo N weakness magneton has is his ground weakness which is very hard to avoid, sometimes rendering him useless.

My team as stated at the top has a problem with getting momentum and has a apparent ground weakness. And I'm struggling to find a Pokemon to help this team work. So I'm open to suggestions.
(I think the problem is Toxapex or Magneton but I'm not sure)

Hey dude! Your team seems pretty weak to Ferrothorn and (mega) Scizor, due you haven't nothing to hit it for good damage, and they could stop any attemp to sweep with mega alakazam, to solve this, I would use HP Fire with Greninja, which is a good lure to them and with LO Protean, HP Fire has a high chance to OHKO Ferrothorn and OHKOing bulky Mega Scizor, which is a huge boon to sweep with Mega Alakazam; I don't know if you in your catdridge can get a Protean Greninja with Gunk Shot, which give you another lure to hit Tapu Fini, which can wall to no end Greninja.
Also, Toxapex with that set is a massive setup bait for mons which usually uses substitute, like (Mega) Gyarados, which otherwise, set up in Toxapex to +6 and sweep your entire team. To solve this, I would use Haze instead of Baneful Bunker, to have an answer to that set up sweepers.
In Mega Alakazam set, you should go with Timid nature alongside Magic Guard as pre-mega ability. This changes allows you to outspeed nearly the entire unboosted metagame when Mega Alakazam and don't take damage with entry hazards when no mega evolve. Also you should go with Psychic/Psyshock, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, and Taunt/Substitute. This changes gives you a great coverage, considering that your set doesn't have a way to hit hard Tyranitar, which otherwise can come into any attack and pursuit trap you, also target other dark types such Bisharp and Weavile, and gives you another way to hit Ferrothorn.
Garchomp set could be improved in the way to wallbreak and help Mega Alakazam Sweep. To do this, you can go with Firium Z Sword Dance set, with Sword Dance, Earthquake, Dragon Claw and Fire Fang. This set allow you melt steel types like Skarmory or Celesteela for Alakazam.
I would replace Mimikyu for something like Tapu Lele, which aid Alakazam preventing priority moves like Shadow Sneak or Sucker Punch, and boosting Alakazam's Psychic STAB.
Finally, I would replace Magneton with a mon like deffensive Landorus-T, which gives you momentum with U-turn to bring in greninja or garchomp safe, gives you a crucial ground inmunity, can also help to wear down those pesky steel types in order to give Alakazam a more easy sweep, and can set up stealth rock to wear down opponent's team.

Good luck with the team man, and sorry for that massive text :)
