Gen 4 Help with team: Need to beat someone (Soulsilver)

Hey, so I’ve got this friend I regularly battle in soulsilver. We change the “rules” each time and for our next match we are doing “level 70, legendaries allowed”... below is my team right now. Help me please make it the best possible team, and tell me what legends would be a good addition!!!
