Hey, this is my first time trying competitive battling and could use some help balancing and improving my team. Also no legendaries please as I am yet to get pokemon bank to transfer them forward.

My mega and is used as a special sweeper with boosted heat wave having high base power and accuracy as well as use in double battles, Roost for recovery, Drought solar beam for coverage against water and rock weakness as well as ground types, air slash is to neutrally hit dragons rather than dragon claw to make use of high special attack stat.

Currently my lead and is used due to his wide movepool and protean allowing for counter to most types with each type to provide neutrality and resistance to most types with HP fire to cover original grass and fairy weakness, shadow sneak for priority and immunity to normal and original weakness to fighting and bug types.

Special tank used to cover most types which rely on special attacks such as fire, water and electric types. It's high HP and SpD allow it to withstand special ice and fairy type attacks. Rock slide to counter ice type weakness, draco meteor to counter other non physical dragons, sludge wave to counter fairy weakness and power whip for coverage. Sap sipper also provides immunity to powder attacks.
Sableye Razor Claw
Ability: Prankster
Nature: Impish
EVs: 100 Hp / 100 SpD / 100 Atk / 108 Def

Prankster for my team and is used to counter megas such as lucario, mewtwo, etc.. as well as fighting and psychic types in general. Works well in conjunction with mewtwo and charizard to cripple opponents.
Mewtwo Life Orb

EV's: 252 Spe / 156 Hp / 100 SpA

Another special sweeper with decent bulk and recover to increase the usefulness of the life orb to further power up it's already high offences and thunder wave to slow potential threats such as mega gengar allowing time to recover lost HP
Current 6th party member is gliscor however is replaceable
Gliscor Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison heal
Nature: Bashful
EV's: 250 Def/ 250Hp / 8 SpD

My current staller and main physical attacker and defender, poison heal allows for immunity to major status conditions to counter stallers, it's physical bulk and healing from poison heal gives it chance to set up a sword dance. Earthquake for stab attack and sky uppercut to deal with normal type stallers and mega tyranitar.
