Overview: Raichu, the one that lives in Pikachu's shadow. It has been a decent sweeper in the NU tier by aborbing Lighting rods and useing nasty plot and sweep or the choice band Volt Tackle set along with Reversal/Counter but this set makes is a another fakeout alternative to Ambipom.

Moveset:
-Fakeout
-Volt Switch
-Protect/Tbolt/Nuzzle
-HP (Ice)

Raichu's role is to support your team like useing gum on a building block tower along with absorbing all electric type moves to increase its SAtk. Volt Switch is to dish out some STAB damage along with switching out so then you can use it again. Protect is great for scouting but Tbolt is ok for real STAB damage but Nuzzle needs some mention as it damages the opponent a little but paralyzes them too but Twave is simaler to nuzzle if you can't access it and then there's HP ice to do some damage to ground types along with the resistant grass and dragon types.

Cons
-Ghost Types will happiley take the fakeout along with pokemon with the motor drive/lighting rod/ volt absorb trait

There is currently already a raichu analysis going which is here: http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/raichu-qc-0-3.3531008/ if you wish to comment on it feel free, but the current set you are running is a bit unviable as Fake Out and Protect / Nuzzle are pretty unviable on Raichu. Focus Sash is also a less than ideal item for Raichu to run.
