===================
With strong priority in Pixilate boosted Extreme Speed, Hemogoblin can act as a strong revenge killer and an exceptional sweeper, threatening common breakers and sweepers such as Kingambit, Dragapult and Iron Valiant. It's unique typing offers a lot of resistances and an immunity to Dragon along with burn, allowing it to switch in to the field more easily and start setting up with Bulk Up. At +1, Flare Blitz always OHKOs Equilibra while dealing heavy damage to Pokemon otherwise resistant to it's Fairy-type attacks and Hemogoblin can quickly snowball into an unstoppable force after it starts boosting up. Moonlight increases Hemogoblin's longevity and allows it to set up infront of Pokemon such as Hemogoblin lacking Moonlight itself, Revenankh, Zamazenta and other such foes. Utilizing Taunt, it can cut off the recovery of slower checks like Mollux, Dondozo and Venomicon, allowing it to wear them down over time and more easily break through them. Spikes punishes the switches it forces very effectively, chipping down many foes into range of it's teammate's attacks or it's own Extreme Speed. Tera Fairy pushes Extreme Speed further, allowing it to capitalize on the weaknesses it loses from being a Fire type and gain 2HKOs against Pokemon like Krilowatt, who otherwise offensively threaten Hemogoblin. Tera Poison removes all of it's weaknesses except for Ground and flips it's matchup against Poison types. Tera Ground simmilarly removes most weaknesses, but along with Tera Blast it creates a near unresisted combination of attacks along with Extreme Speed, catching Pokemon that usually check Hemogoblin like Mollux and Heatran by surprize. The given stat spread allows Hemogoblin to outspeed max speed Kingambit without a speed boosting nature, as well as some important targets like Equilibra.

Hemogoblin fits very well on balance teams, as common balance staples such as Alomomola and Equilibra help it in various ways. It can also abuse the hazards that balance teams like to set up while helping with spikes of it's own. Offense teams appreciate Hemogoblins capabilities as well, with it taking care of threats and walls like Equilibra, Kitsunoh, Tornadus-T and Dragapult, all with minimal chip. It forms a very good core with Ogerpon-W, as Ogerpon can threaten the Fire-type Pokemon that Hemogoblin struggles with a lot and Hemogoblin can threaten Pokemon like Zamazenta and Dragapult. Ogerpon-W can also help bring in Hemogoblin and it's other teammates safely with U-turn, allowing for non stop pressure so that Hemogoblin can weave in an opportunity to set up after it's checks have been weakened. Raging Bolt and Kyurem are similarly great teammates, as they both can threaten the Water-type Pomemon that threaten Hemogoblin with Freeze-Dry and Thundebolt / Volt Switch respectively, the latter of which can also keep pressure on similar to Ogerpon-W with pivoting. Hemogoblin checks and threatens the faster Dragon-type Pokemon that pose a threat to Raging Bolt and Kyurem along with resisting the Fairy-type attacks that would threaten them. Alomomola can offer Wish support to Hemogoblin to grant it some much needed recovery if it's ever forced to switch out. Equilibra covers all of Hemogoblins weaknesses beautifully with the combination of it's typing and Levitate, along with Rapid Spin to remove Stealth Rock and other hazards in the event that Hemogoblin gets hit by Knock Off or runs another item besides Heavy-Duty Boots. These two Pokemon also allow Hemogoblin to play more recklessly and allows yourself to make some bad plays, giving more space for more offensive or prediction heavy play when needed. Hemogoblin can check Pokemon that balance teams struggle with such as Kyurem and Ogerpon-W while having decent longevity of it's own. Knock Off absorbers such as Gliscor, Snaelstrom, Shox and Corviknight increase Hemogoblin's longevity by letting it keep Heavy-Duty Boots and all of them can pivot Hemogoblin onto the field. The latter of which can also remove hazards for it. A big roadblock for Hemogoblin is Heatran, so Pokemon that can deal with it like Alomomola to pivot into it and Flip turn out to threaten it, Tyranitar to resist it's Magma Storm while threatening Knock Off, Stone Edge and Low Kick or Great Tusk, threatening it offensively and once again providing hazard removal to Hemogoblin while also setting up Stealth Rock to synergise with Hemogoblins Spikes. Great Tusk + Hemogoblin have shared checks to an extent such as Arghonaut, Venomicon and Tomohawk. With Taunt from Hemogoblin and Knock Off from Great Tusk to remove Leftovers or Heavy-Duty Boots, they can break and overwhelm these checks. Hemogoblin is walled by Mollux, who is 4x weak to Great Tusks Headlong Rush, while Hemogoblin in turn threatens Zamazenta and Dragapult, who can set up on and burn Great Tusk.

Other Options
===================
Hemogoblin, utilizing it's amazing defensive typing and ability to set spikes on the field, can run a fully bulk invested set with 252 HP / 252 Def, gaining the ability to live Ogerpon-W's Iby Cudgel along with offensive Great Tusk Headlong Rush. With a set of Spikes, Moonlight, Will-o-Wisp and Extreme Speed, it can live many important benchmarks like ones listed earlier and burn them, crippling them for the rest of the game. This set fits well on some hazard stack teams looking for priority and the resists Hemogoblin's great typing provides. Otherwise, sets without Bulk Up are proving useful, sets like Spikes or Taunt, Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz and Moonlight along with the standard EV spread.

Checks and Counters
===================
**Mollux**: Utilizing it's typing and it's super effective stab against Hemogoblin, it can quickly shut it down with Clear Smog or Sludge Bomb while keeping itself at a reasonable health with Recover.

**Alomomola**: A more volatile check, but if Alomomola can come in on Hemogoblin while it sets up, it can click Tickle and deny it's boosts while outlasting it via Wish + Protect and forcing it out eventually, while coming in again and again with Regenerator.

**Snaelstrom**: With Snaelstroms enormous bulk, it doesn't need to resist Hemogoblins attacks as it needs just one turn to click Toxic and cripple Hemogoblin for good, while otherwise clicking it's water type stab and wear it down. Though it is slower than the given spread so it has to be wary of Taunt.

**Fire-type Pokemon**: Because Fire-type Pokemon resist both of Hemogoblins stab types, they can often come in and shrug off many of it's attacks. Notably Heatran, who puts a full stop on Hemogoblin, Moltres and Iron Moth.

**Poison-type Pokemon**: Even if they take huge damage from Flare Blitz, Poison-type Pokemon need just one turn to switch in on Extreme Speed to threaten Hemogoblin out with their super effective stab moves. Notable Poison-type Pokemon not on this list include Venomicon, Pecharunt, Iron Moth and Glimmora, as most of them outspeed and force it out.

**Chuggalong**: With Chuggalong's ability Armor Tail, it is completely immune to Hemogoblin's Extreme Speed and with it's Dragon typing it naturally resists Flare Blitz, allowing for Hemogoblin to be used as setup fodder for it and a catalyst to sweep the rest of the team.

With strong priority in Pixilate boosted Extreme Speed, Hemogoblin can act as a strong revenge killer koer and an exceptional sweeper, threatening common breakers and sweepers such as Kingambit, Dragapult and Iron Valiant. It's unique typing offers a lot (Add space) of resistances and an immunity to Dragon along with burn, allowing it to switch in to the field more easily and start setting up with Bulk Up. At +1, Flare Blitz always OHKOs Equilibra while dealing heavy damage to Pokemon otherwise resistant to it's Fairy attacks and Hemogoblin can quickly snowball into an unstoppable force after it starts boosting up. Moonlight increases Hemogoblin's longevity and allows it to set up infront of Pokemon such as Hemogoblin lacking Moonlight itself, Revenankh, Zamazenta and other such foes. (I literally just copy-pasted this from what you wrote in OO with some slight rewording. If you want to reword any of it further go ahead). Utilizing Taunt it can cut off the recovery of slower checks like Arghonaut and Venomicon (Better examples could be used here), allowing it to wear them down over time and more easily break through them. Spikes punishes the switches it forces very effectively, chipping down many foes very quickly into range of it's teammates or it's own Extreme Speed. Tera Fairy pushed Extreme Speed further, allowing it to capitalize on the weaknesses it loses from being a Fire type and gain 2HKOs against Pokemon like Krilowatt, who otherwise offensively threaten Hemogoblin. Tera Ground simmilarly removes most weaknesses, but along with Tera Blast it created a near unresisted combination of attacks along with Extreme Speed, catching Pokemon that usually check Hemogoblin like Mollux by surprize. (Bring up how the given EV Spread allows you to outspeed neutral max speed Kingambit)

Hemogoblin fits very well on balance teams, as common balance staples such as Alomomola and Equilibra help it in various ways, where it can also abuse the hazards that balance teams like to set up while helping with spikes of it's own. (While hemo is good on balance, I think this could be rephrased a bit to emphasis that it also works on more offensive teams. Honestly the only archetype that it doesn't fit on is like, hard Stall). Hemogoblin is walled by Mollux, who is 4x weak to Great Tusks Headlong Rush, while Hemogoblin in turn threatens Zamazenta and Dragapult, who can set up on and burn Great Tusk respectively. (Add a few more examples in this paragraph for mons that are typically found on more offensive teams).

Other Options
===================
Choice Band Hemogoblin can prove to be a powerful breaker able to one shot nearly everything with Choice Band Pixilate boosted Explosion if it wants to, clicking Trick to disrupt it's checks and Extreme Speed gets boosted to absurd levels itself. This does require more team support like hazard control though. (Last sentence is way too vague and tonally casual. As a brief aside, I'm honestly debating on making Choice Band a main set, but because you are a new writer I'm not gonna put two sets on you) Moonlight on Hemogoblin can increase it's longevity and allows it to set up infront of Pokemon such as Hemogoblin lacking Moonlight itself, Revenankh, Zamazenta and other such foes. A very niche version of Hemogoblin is a special based set, utilizing moves like Flamethrower and Pixilate boosted Hyper Voice. Synergising with Hyper Voice, Throat Spray fits quite neatly on this set, but it has no priority so Hemogoblins low speed can easily be taken advantage of. (Moonlight is not only a main set move, it is the first slash. Also, Special Hemogoblin isn't even with an OO imo, it's just really bad).

Checks and Counters
===================
**Mollux**: Utilizing it's typing and it's super effective stab against Hemogoblin, it can quickly shut it down with Clear Smog or Sludge Bomb while keeping itself at a reasonable health level with Recover.

**Alomomola**: A more volatile check, but if Alomomola can come in on Hemogoblin while it sets up, it can click Tickle and deny it's boosts while outlasting it via Wish + Protect and forcing it out eventually, while coming in again and again with Regenerator.

**Snaelstrom**: With Snaelstroms enormous bulk, it doesn't need to resist Hemogoblins attacks as it needs just one turn to click Toxic and cripple Hemogoblin for good, while otherwise clicking it's water type stab or Chilling Water to, simmilarly to Alomomola, and wear it down and deny it's boosts. As it usually outspeeds Hemogoblin it doesnt need to worry about Taunt.

**Venomicon**: Venomicon can usually come (Venom can kinda struggle as a long-term Hemo Check in games where someone loads Sun I find) in on anything Hemogoblin does as long as it's Heavy-Duty Boots werent knocked off and start clicking Sludge Bomb and Roost to outlast Hemogoblin and gain defense boosts with every attempt of damage against it.

**Arghonaut**: If Hemogoblin gets out of hand, Arghonaut can come in, ignore it's boosts and force it out with Circle Throw, allowing for a safer way to deal with Hemogoblin down the line. (Argh is a bit too unreliably and Tera-reliant to fit in here imo)

**Chuggalong**: With Chuggalongs ability Armour (British people don't deserve rights)Tail, it is completely immune to Hemogoblins Extreme Sspeed and with it's Dragon typing it naturally resists Flare Blitz, allowing for Hemogoblin to be used as setup fodder for it and a catalyst to sweep the rest of the team.

(This section can use some work. We should probably try to group in a lot of similar mons here rather than list them separately (Groups as in like, Poison-types and Fire-types where you talk about multiple Pokémon).

Not gonna stamp this quite yet. While I think the main section and OO is good, the Checks & Counters section could use some work. Also this isn't super important right now since it's still just QC, but I recommend looking over Smogon's Spelling & Grammar Standards. There was quite a few things here that stood out to me here.
