Here goes nothing.

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/40 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Taunt
- Roost
- Stealth Rock

He's a good lead, but lately I've been running into a great deal more Aerodactyls, so it has been creating a small issue. Taunt anything that will set up, Stealth Rock, Earthquake if possible, and get him out of there to save for later and switch out to anyone who can kill something at the time.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Roost

Incredible at killing things, this guy is great, especially with Toxic Spikes support. Not much else to say here. Really does a good job.

Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 112 HP/252 Atk/12 Def/132 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Agility

Almost always guarantees at least one kill. I've considered ditching the Life Orb, but I really think I need the power.

Tyranitar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Earthquake

Scouts things out for Metagross, and does a good job of taking care of some bulky things that get in the way.

Tentacruel (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Sludge Bomb
- Surf

He takes a lot of special attacks and provides obvious support for the team.

Weavile (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Ice Shard
- Ice Punch
- Pursuit
- Low Kick

Incredible revenge killer. It can 2HKO so many things with SR support it's ridiculous. Great for the end of the match.

Your descriptions are really lacking, that's why no one is rating your team. Add more informations to your six Pokemon and explain how they do work.

You say that Zapdos works well with Toxic Spikes support.. Tentacruel isn't that reliable at giving you this. Since you said your having some problems with your lead, I advise you take out Tentacruel and use a Roserade Lead. {Gliscor would not be the lead}. Roserade sets up Toxic Spikes a lot of the time as well as providing Sleep Support, which makes one of the opponents pokemon useless for a few turns.

Roserade @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4HP / 252SpAtk / 252Spe
Moves:
- Toxic Spikes
- Leaf Storm
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Ice]
