So, yea.... Anyways, I am not really good at explaining my choices, but if I must, I will try. So, anyway, fire away the comments.

The weavile weakness isn't too appealing to me. Also, what is electivire supposed to come in on? Starmie gets megahorned, EQ'd, blade test'd, and pursuiting a lot more than tbolt'd.

Actually tbolt does more damage from elekible despite having a higher attack stat.

Are you sure? Although I don't know. Also what's better on Electivire I-Punch or HP Ice? I think Ice Punch because of higher Base Power and Higher Attack but just want to get someone's opinion

Yes, I am sure. For Ipunch vs HP ice, it all depends on how you put the EV's into it and what nature you gave it. Tbolt does more damage because of the significant base power difference. (95 + stab vs 75 + stab)

Oddly enough, I consider your team a direct challenge to mine. I hope you get around to actually training this team, so one day perhaps we can duke it out. This is me being cocky.

Get rid of Brick Break. On ANYTHING.

Seph: My counter style is more of a sacrafice style. I prefer to be aggressive, so my main counters need sacrafices to come in. Although, if Diamond & Pearl have the same feature as Fire Red (option to switch before the opposing Pokemon comes in), then that will not be a problem.

YesIDoPwn: Thunderbolt does way more damage than Thunderpunch to anything except Blissey and Snorlax, both of which are beaten by Brick Break.

Phuquoph: You are right, I redid it....

ANinyMouse: I will be sure to battle you as soon as I have it made (asuming that I keep it). Wi-Fi for the win! ^_^ I went Brick Break > Cross Chop because of PP and Accuracy.

Side Note: YesIDoPwn, please do not spam up my thread like you did lastnight....

Tyranitar: Starmie cannot switch in, Crunch destroys it.
Infernape: Togekiss can't risk a Stone Edge. It should beat special sets though.
Rhypherior: Togekiss does not like switching into Stone Edge. Megahorn will fuck up Starmie, as will STAB CBed attacks.
Electivire: Heatran cannot take an Earthquake.
Salamence: Rhypherior is beaten by special sets. Starmie is also beaten by a CB Dragon Claw or CG Meteoric Swarm.
Togekiss: Starmie can't afford to switch in for fear of Grass Rope or Thunder Wave. Rhypherior can be beaten with a Schemed Pulse Bomb aswell as Grass Rope.
Gengar: Starmie cannot switch into Shadow Ball or Thunderbolt.
Lucario: Heatran dies to STAB Fighting attacks.
Ramparados: Starmie dies to a Stone Edge, even if it isn't CBed.
Tauros: Starmie can be OHKOed by Return.
Starmie: Electivire can be 2HKOed by Surf, your own CG Starmie will definately 2HKO.
Weavile: Electivire can't handle repeated CB STAB attacks.
Porygon-Z: Heatran has a shot, the rest are OHKO or 2HKOed.
Medicham: Starmie and Gliscor are OHKOed by Thunderpunch and Ice Punch respectively.
Aerodactyl: Starmie is 2HKOed by Stone Edge. Rhyperior can handle Aero though.
Zapdos: Starmie is in no way a counter.
Slaking: Starmie is OHKOed when it switches in. It cannot OHKO Slaking with Surf.
Metagross: Heatran cannot switch into Earthquakes.
Manaphy: Starmie is beaten by Energy Ball or Grass Rope. CG Thunderbolt will not OHKO Manaphy.

Sacrifcing is a valid way to get your Pokemon in, but that doesn't make them counters. You seem to think Starmie can switch in for free whenever it likes.
If you keep sacrificing you'll run out of Pokemon very quickly and none of your team are really the "6-0" type sweeper, possibly Electivire is late game but that's all.
