"He's back, and he's going to kill you" (UU RMT)

Long time no see, smogon! To be honest I didn't believe I would actually come back, let alone post a RMT. The reason I am doing so is simply because I managed to make an OU strategy, sent to oblivion due to its ineffectiveness, work reliably.

Since my return to Pokemon is no more than a whim not meant to last, I decided not to deepen myself too much but have some fun instead. Remember the DualScreen Gliscor strategy? Check this out...

Alakazam @Light Clay
Trait: Inner Focus
EVs: 212 HP / 76 SpA / 220 Spe
Nature: Timid
Taunt
Reflect
Light Screen
HP [Rock]

Alakazam is most likely the best leading in UU, hands down. The possibilities are endless. Wielding the fastest Taunt in the metagame, it is capable of outdoing anything in terms of setting up, excepting ScarfTrickers. Fake Out doesn't stop it, either. Meant to be a suicide lead, it is unwise to simply let it die if its job is done. More often than not, the opportunity arises for a midgame return. The spread allows it to OHKO 4 HP / 0 SpD Moltres, 2HKO Froslass and Sneasel (after Reflect, Sneasel's Pursuit does a measly 30%, allowing you to set both screens and ruining its SashCounter combo, deadly against this strategy). It is pointless going for 252 Spe to tie as the HP [Rock] sets its Speed IV to 30.

Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Spd / 32 Spe
Nature: Calm
Rock Polish
Taunt
Swords Dance
Baton Pass

Rock Polish on the switch, Taunt anything which threatens a status, pseudo-haze or Trick, and proceed to Swords Dance. Rock Polish over Agility because a tank with a Psychic move is gay. With Yache, bulky waters can't 2HKO it, and Blastoise's Surf won't even 3HKO (factoring Light Screen, naturally). The EVs allow it to outspeed neutral ScarfRotom. Getting over 2 Swords Dance is a waste, because...

Azumarill @Life Orb
Trait: Huge Power
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Attack / 224 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Aqua Jet
Waterfall
Return
Ice Punch

With 2 Swords Dances under its belt, it OHKOs the whole metagame. And when I say whole, I mean, literally, 100%. UU is teeming with priority, hence Aqua Jet, which will OHKO any priority move users after a single Swords Dance (except bulky Intimidate Hitmontop), outspeeding them with Rock Polish. Even without pulling off 2, a single one is usually enough to leave such a dent in the opposing team that you will get, at worst, even, since a single Swords Dance will mean it OHKOs any sleeper (except Yawn Blastoise, which should've been Taunted either way).

Primeape @Leftovers
Trait: Vital Spirit
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Attack / 216
Nature: Jolly
Substitute
Encore
Close Combat
Stone Edge

This is awesome. My answer to leading ScarfSaur, which has the annoying habit of smiting the strategy before it is given a chance. Come in on something setting up, Encore it, and Substitute. Or, await the switch into a tank, Substitute their status, and Encore them. Going with Focus Punch instead of Close Combat means it will be useless against something coming at it while Sub isn't up, and, after experimenting, I realize it does happen quite often.

Feraligatr @Life Orb
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 28 HP / 252 Attack / 228 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Earthquake
Ice Punch

Yes, two water sweepers. Another cleans up what one didn't, after whatever stopped it is taken care of. The EVs mean it beats Swellow, the singular highest Base Speed in the metagame.

Drapion @Lum Berry
Trait: Sniper
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Attack / 216 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Taunt
Swords Dance
Crunch
Earthquake

Last resort. Its natural bulkiness means it can take a hit or absorb a status (mainly sleep), pull off a Swords Dance, Taunt any attempts at a second status, and proceed to destroy the remainders of the opponent's team. 95 Base Speed is deadly lategame.

...And that's that. Odds are that if you play the same opponent twice, you will either always win or always lose, since knowing the strategy is far from being able to counter it. It does not leave much space for working around. It's straightforward. After much failing at perfecting it, I managed to surpass the respectable 1500 rating, using the same account in which I lost constantly.
