I would recommend that you add more description and explanation to each member of the team, ideally 3 lines each.

Besides that though, I noticed that a lot of speed is wasted on the Incineroar, 252 speed EVs is the minimum amount to outspeed Calyrex Shadow Rider under Tailwind, however this is a Regulation H team, and I feel like a more important speed tier would be outspeeding Garchomp under Tailwind, which only requires 36 speed EVs. I personally like using an adamant nature on Incineroar to deal more damage with flare blitz and knock off, however the 36 attack EVs feel unnecessary, when they could be used to survive important attacks such as a max attack Garchomp Stomping Tantrum, or a max special attack, modest Ursaluna-Bloodmoon Earth Power.

The Sneasler and Bloodmoon-Ursaluna are good fits for this team, nothing to change there except maybe lowering the speed of the latter to 140 speed EVs (same speed tier as the new Incineroar) and reinvesting the extra points into HP. This helps with bulk, but also with not being too fast in Trick Room, as uninvested Rillaboom hit 105 speed, which you can now beat in Trick Room or in Tailwind.

For the first major change to the team, I recommend using Kilowattrel, removing the need for the Yanmega and the Pincurchin.

With a speed tier of 194, it can outspeed almost any Pokémon in the format right away, and set up a Tailwind, or the Electric Terrain. It can also help with speed control and remove Focus Sashes with Electroweb, and fulfill WolfeyVGC's original purpose of Yanmega, an offensive tailwind setter, that after 1 Competitive boost, can One-Hit-KO Amoonguss with Air Slash (or fish for flinches if it has nothing else to do).

The Porygon2 set is incomplete, so to finish it, I recommend investing 76 speed EVs to reach the same speed tier as Incineroar and Ursaluna-Bloodmoon (it's just a really good speed tier!) 36 special attack EVs and a modest nature allow it to One-Hit-KO Assault Vest Kingambit with a fighting-type Tera Blast (even without the download boost), 244 HP EVs and 140 defense EVs allow it to live a Wave Crash from tera water Choice Band Basculegion in rain. The rest of the EVs are just put into special defense

The final Pokémon is up to you, but I recommend a strong, physical attacker such as Kingambit, it's steel typing provides lots of key resistances, and helps with Pokémon like Gholdengo and Indeedee. I would use 76 speed EVs to hit a lower speed tier of 80, which still functions well in Tailwind or Trick Room, but takes fewer EVs. The attacks are a standard Kingambit set, Defiant is nearly always the ability of choice in VGC, Assault Vest and tera fire are common choices, but tera dark is as option as well. The attack investment allows it to One-Hit-KO Dragapult, and 2-Hit-KO Gholdengo with Sucker Punch, the special defense and HP investment allows it to take an Ursaluna-Bloodmoon Earth Power, with the rest being put in defense.

I'm assuming you mean the Kingambit was swapped out for Zamazenta-Crowned.

Zamazenta will be a little bit difficult to work with in Trick Room, due to it's high base speed of 128, but we'll ignore that.

First we have to drop Sneasler, as it's speed and fighting STAB are no longer necessary. I am going to use Ogerpon-Wellspring here to complete the Fire-Water-Grass trio that would work well with Zamazenta, and give it Follow Me for redirection, I'm not going to invest anything in it's speed so that it will work well in Trick Room.

For Zamazenta, I'm using a non-standard set, with Body Press, Iron Defense, Wide Guard and Protect, leaving out Heavy Slam because I don't think it's necessary, and investing entirely into bulk for the same reason as Ogerpon-Wellspring.

Finally, I recommend switching Kilowattrel out for Tornadus, the electric terrain is a cool idea, but it's no longer useful, and Tornadus still works as an offensive tailwind setter with a focus sash.
