-Thunder Wave
-Grass Knot

One of my favorite leads, and also my namesake.if the opposing lead is a taunter, ill grass knot them.usually it'll take them about down to half,so on the switch i either set up rocks or t-wave the switch-in.

-Bullet Punch
-Ice Punch

Latias-Timid@Choice Specs
Levitate
252 sp atk/252 speed/4 hp

Volt Absorb
252 sp atk/252 speed/6 hp

Jirachi-Bold@Leftovers
Serene Grace
252 hp/220 def/36 sp atk

-Wish
-Stealth Rocks
-Thunder Wave
-Grass Knot

One of my favorite leads, and also my namesake.if the opposing lead is a taunter, ill grass knot them.usually it'll take them about down to half,so on the switch i either set up rocks or t-wave the switch-in.
Why Grass Knot? What coverage does this give you? If you're taunted on the first turn, you can't set up SR or do anything except GK again. This Jirachi is a useful team player, but I can't see it working well as a lead.

Machamp-Adamant@Leftovers
No Guard
252 hp/252 atk/6 speed

-Bullet Punch
-Ice Punch
-Thunderpunch
-Dynamicpunch

I really dont like scizor, and i didnt want to add another fire weakness to my team(lucario) but i also needed a priority move to take care of sweepers.Ice/Thunder for bolt-beam coverage, and dynamicpunch for STAB.
You have access to Dynamicpunch and Payback, you do not need the elemental punches. On an all-out offensive set like this, Life Orb is usually preferred, since Machamp won't be taking too many hits before he goes down anyway. If you're intent on keeping Bullet Punch, I would suggest using Payback over Thunderpunch. Gyarados isn't a huge threat to this team, and Payback will hit ghost switch-ins hard. I would also recommend using Machamp as your lead, since Bullet Punch is useful for breaking the sashes of Azelf, Infernape, Aerodactyl & co. When a Flying or Psychic attack looks imminent, switch out to Jirachi and he can do his thing.

Gyarados-Adamant@Leftovers
Intimidate
252 atk/252 speed/6 hp

-Taunt
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Stone Edge

Ahh,the beast known as gyarados.Taunt for those damned pokes who try to ruin my attempts at sweeping with DD(here's looking at you, celebi).Waterfall for STAB and stone edge to kill those dammed dragons.
We know what Taunt does. We know that Waterfall has STAB. We know that Stone Edge is SE on Salamence and Dragonite. You have not even attempted to explain the role of Gyarados in terms of your team beyond "the stat-upper".

Latias-Timid@Choice Specs
Levitate
252 sp atk/252 speed/4 hp

-Draco Meteor
-Thunderbolt
-Surf
-Trick

Latias.the much gayer sister of latios, and much more useful in my opinion.Draco Meteor if i need 2 kill something(kthxbai),thunderbolt for coverage, and surf to get rid of tyranitar(he really bugs me.).
Not much to say here - I prefer to make use of Latias' defensive stats and typing, but at least Thunderbolt will help you dispose of Gyarados quickly.

Jolteon-Timid@Choice Specs
Volt Absorb
252 sp atk/252 speed/6 hp

-Signal Beam
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power{Ice}

Once this thing comes in on something that isnt ground/elec and t-bolts,thats a dead poke,- blissey.hp ice for dragons, shadow ball for gengar, signal beam for psychics and darks.
"Signal beam for psychics and darks"? When you've just named Shadow Ball? Use Baton Bass over Signal Beam to scout for their Jolteon counter.

Zapdos-Calm@Leftovers
Pressure
252 hp/176 sp def/80 speed

-Heat Wave
-Hidden Power{Grass}
-Thunderbolt
-Roost

The special sponge.Zapdos can come in on an EQ meant for jirachi or jolteon, and hit back.hard.Heat wave for breloom/steels in general,Hp grass for t-tar and other gays like him,t-bolt for STAB and roost for healing
Decent.

Your team has no Phazer - I assume that every team you meet a Baton Pass team, you quit - since you have no real way to beat them. You might get lucky and manage a Trick before a substitute goes up, but once it's there you have no way of forcing them out. To remedy this, I would suggest using the Anti-Lead Machamp set - Encore the stat-up and start Dragon Dancing with Gyarados until you can Taunt them into

Overall, I'd say the main problem with this team is immediately given away by the way you have named them - "The Physical Sweeper"; "The Special Sponge"; "The Stat Raiser"... The DP metagame involves some strategy. It's not about throwing some OU pokemon together with arbitrary roles - it's about having an explicit goal and employing a strategy to achieve that goal.

I would suggest that the reason you have a 5-3 record is that you are using this team on WiFi, where the standard of competition is generally lower. Take this team onto Shoddy Battle so you can get a good idea of what you are up against.

Firstly, your Jirachi is lacking any STAB move, and really, that is a shame because the STAB moves Jirachi has acess to such as Iron Head and Zen Heabutt are really great moves thanks to their ability to inflict a flinch on your opponent 60% of the time. Coupled with paralysis, it becomes very annoying for your opponent to deal with. I've used a very similar lead Jirachi to the one you have, and using Iron Head with it against a paralyzed foe is fun. I would drop Grass Knot for Iron Head on Jirachi - really, the main reason it is used is to allow Jirachi to beat Swampert, Besides that, it really does not provide any coverage at all. It hits Tyranitar too, however, Iron Head hits Tyranitar way harder than Grass Knot does. In addition to that, I suggest using Body Slam over Thunder Wave. Body Slam has two benefits over Thunder Wave--It can paralyze Ground types who are immune to Thunder Wave and also allows Jirachi to attack. Body Slam has a great 60% chance to paralyze, and can do so to Ground types as well since it's not an Electric attack. Having Jirachi provide both its own and the team's paralysis support is a great option - as you're not scarfed, being able to Body Slam paralyse opposing Azelf leads and then finish them off with Iron Head is really great. Also, paralysing Scarfed Heatran and Magnezone that try to switch in on Jirachi is really great as well. I would also get rid of Leftovers on Jirachi and use Shuca Berry. Many leads carry Earthquake, such as metagross and Swampert and having the insurance of a Shuca Berry to back up your lead is very helpful. It also means Leftovers recovery won't give away your item, and you can quite easily trick your opponent into thinking you are scarfed. Shuca also means that Jirachi can serve as a good switchin to DD Salamence, who can be very threatening to this team. Shuca allows you to survive their Earthquakes, and since their other attacks won't KO you anyway, it gives you a great free turn to try your luck in paralysing them with Body Slam. Leftovers is a cool item to recover with while you're flinching the opponent, but Shuca makes Jirachi much more of a team player, and helps it survive against the common leads such as Swampert and Metagross a lot easier. Also to deal with Salamemce more effectively, use Ice Punch over Wish. Ice Punch allows you to OHKO Salamence while you survive its Earthquake thanks to Shuca Berry. Making Jirachi have Ice Punch will solve your DD Salamence weakness. For EV's on Jirachi, use 80 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spe, with an Adamant Nature. The speed EVs allow you to outspeed Adamant Lucario while the rest of the EV’s are put into Attack so Jirachi can hit as hard as possible with Ice Punch and Iron Head. Overall, this Jirachi will greatly help your team. For example, with iron head, it will get rid of Tyranitar, allowing Jolteon/Zapdos to sweep more effectively.

Now, your Machamp can be used so much more effectively on your team. Right now, your team is lacking a Pokemon that can absorb status for your team, meaning that your team is very vulnerable to Toxic and Thunder Wave. Changing Machamp's set can remedy this problem. For Machamp, I suggest using DynamicPunch, Rest, Sleep Talk, Payback, 252 HP/25 2Atk/6 Spe, Adamant Nature, Leftovers. The 252 EVs in HP ensure that Machamp has maximum durability as well as Leftovers recovery. The 4 Speed invested allow Machamp to outspeed a minimum Speed Blissey. Rest and Sleep Talk allow Machamp to heal itself while serving as an excellent switch-in to Pokemon that use status inflicting moves such as Blissey and Celebi. In addition to that, lets say your Machamp gets hit by Will-O-Wisp from a Rotom. Machamp's Attack stat will be cut in half, however, you will be able to restore your Attack by using Rest since you will be cured from the Burn. With the current set you are using, you will be vulnerable to those aforementioned status conditions. Payback allows you to hit Ghosts types that enjoy switching into DynamicPunch such as Rotom who is 2HKOed. Payback also gets a super effective hit on Celebi, making it significantly easier for you to deal with it. Now that you have a Pokemon to take status, you other sweepers ( Gyarados ) shall not have to worry about eating a Thunder Wave or Toxic.

Alright, up next is Jolteon! Running Signal Beam and Shadow Ball is redundant. Shadow Ball already hits what Signal Beam is hitting, however, Shadow Ball offers more coverage. What does Jolteon hit with Signal Beam? The answer to that are Pokemon like Cresselia and Celebi primarily. Shadow Ball already 2HKOes Celebi, so there is no need for Signal beam because Jolteon can use another move in that slot which I will be suggesting later on. Shadow Ball also hits Cresselia harder than Signal Beam, so Signal Beam is not needed on Jolteon. Now, you already have Latias with Choice Specs, so I suggest using an alternate Jolteon set with Life Orb, Hidden Power Grass, Charge Beam, ThunderBolt, Shadow Ball, 252 Speed/ 252 SpA/ 6 HP, Timid Nature. I feel this set will be more effective for your team and I will explain why. The biggest problem Jolteon faces when using Choice Specs is being locked into an attack, a very dangerous situation if Dugtrio or other Ground-types switch into ThunderBolt. Life Orb helps fix this problem as it grants Jolteon freedom when using its moves. Charge Beam has a 70% chance to boost Jolteon's Special Attack by 1.5, making it a very potent sweeper. After a boost, Jolteon can 2HKO Pokemon such as Scizor, Metagross, Lucario, Salamence, with ot without Stealth Rock support. Hidden Power Grass is picked over Hidden Power Ice because after a boost, ThunderBolt has a very high chance of OHKOing Salamence. Hidden Power Grass allows you to deal with Swampert and Dugtrio switch-ins. Shadow Ball hits the previously mentioned Celebi and Ghost types for hard damage, 2HKOing both. This Jolteon will serve as an excellent clean up Pokemon late game.
