This is my anti-standard standard team. I currently run it on Smogon's ShoddyBattle server with great success. Please rate it, thanks alot!
THE LEAD
Jirachi @ Choice Band
Jolly
80 HP/252 ATK/176 SPE
Zen Headbutt
Fire Punch
Ice Punch
U-Turn
The anti-lead himself. No one knows what Jirachi is doing when they see him at the beginning of a match, alot of the times they will use Taunt. Big mistake. This guy has got the goods to 2HKO many of the more popular leads. I'm using Fire Punch over Thunder Punch to take care of Bronzong. U-Turn to take care of those pesky Azelf leads. Expect the unexpected!
THE MUSCLE
Gyarados "Magikarp" @ Life Orb
Adamant
74 HP/252 Atk/184 SPE
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Ice Fang
Stone Edge
This guy is Jirachi's body guard and my physical sweeper. It can come in on alot of things my other guys are weak to, like EQ, fire and water attacks. There's just something about safely switching my CB Jirachi into a pokemon that's even MORE powerful. Makes me feel all giddy inside! ;D
MEDIC!
Vaporeon "Eevee" @ Leftovers
Bold
188 HP/252 Def/68 SPA
Wish
Surf
Ice Beam
HP: Electric
Okay, my Jirachi was once your standard support Jirachi. When I decided to beef him up a notch and have him lead, I lost a valuable part of my team: Wish support. This guy is just that, and a bag of chips. Besides being a great switch in to quite a few pokes, this water dog can dish out the SE pain left & right.
THE DEMO-LAVA GOLEM THING
Heatran @ Choice Specs
Modest
40 HP/252 SPA/216 SPE
Fire Blast
Dragon Pulse
Earth Power
Explosion
Oh, you think you can just Flamethrower Jirachi, huh? You want to WoW my Gyarados? My Weavile? Think again. This guy is a beast, dealing over 50% to Blissey after a Flash Fire boost. If he doesn't have FF, I can always come back to lure her in and explode. This thing is such a good sweeper, I havn't taken him off the team since I had him on. Has killed many pokemon who resist Fire Blast switching in. <3
THE REVENGE SQUAD
Gengar "Ghastly" @ Choice Scarf
Timid
4 HP/252 SPA/252 SPE
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
HP: Ice
Focus Blast
Why do I have a Timid Choice Scarf Gengar? LOL! Why not? Well.. He will usually catch Deo-E with ShadowBall, not many people switch Deo-E out of Gengar. And, he catches other Gengars, Garchomps, Gyarados, Salamences, Azelf, Tyranitars, Weaviles.. Need I say more? I think not! :D
Weavile "Sneasel" @ Expert Belt
Jolly
40 HP/252 ATK/216 SPE
Ice Shard
Pursuit
Night Slash
Brick Break
The only other part of the revenge squad. While not as blazingly fast as Gengar, he gets his job done quite nicely. I'm contemplating actually replacing this, but he has downed pokemon that I would have no other way of dealing with. Truley a game saver. He usually doesn't come out until late game, after I've taken out his counters. And if you can't counter this, it's been a good game ;)
So that's my team. Yeah, I don't have any entry hazards, but I think using EH turns give your opponent the tempo advantage, and in a game like pokemon that is a no-no. So, what are you waiting for? Rate away!
