Regirock:

Tank:

This set is really outdated, I should try coming up with a better spread to take on Moltres, Houndoom, and other Fire-type attackers and invest the rest in attack. This is what Regirock excels at over Registeel, so I feel it should be emphasized in the spread.

Curse:

Seems fine. Needs to be updated reflecting tier changes though.

Rest + Sleep Talk:

Seems really pointless as a set. It just sits there and doesn't die, but can't do too much back to some really dangerous threats. Can probably be removed. Need to test.

Choice Band:

I feel this set is generally outclassed by Rhyperior and Aggron. It can probably just go in OC. Need to test.

Rock Polish:

I've used this set a lot, but there is another more effective moveset. Counter is pretty pointless, and Regirock makes a great bulky Water lure, meaning Passho Berry works great.

Testing:
- new spread for main set
- Sleep Talk
- Choice Band

Scyther:

Sweeper:

Fine, but I'd rather rename it "Swords Dance" because the term sweeper is very ambiguous.

Choice Band:

Looks good.

Baton Pass:

Including Agility is a pretty good idea as a sole Baton Passer to something like Bibarel or Rhyperior (which is more threatening with +2 Speed since it can boost either Spe or Atk afterwards anyway).

Salac Reversal:These sets are rarely ever good. Scyther has an especially hard time since he doesn't even have STAB.

Slowking:
(HORRIBLE)

fuk Slowking

Special Attacker:

I'll test this, but I don't think it's going to do well being slow and all. This should probably be combined with a new "trick room" set.

Special Wall:

Well this set is obviously good, but its spread is old and very obviously not good enough to function in UU (gets 2HKOed by Arcanine's Flare Blitz). I think ToF has a good spread in is year old analysis, but I'll test it to find the best one currently (unless others have the best one already).

Specs:

Seems as if this set is fine, but I'd like to test out a better spread at least. It also needs to be updated.

Trick Room:

Again, better spread is probably in order. Will test.

Curse:

Are you shitting me....lol.

Testing:
- Special Attacker
- Spread for Special Wall (212 HP / 152 Def / 144 SpD Calm)
- Spread for Choice Specs
- Spread for Trick Room

Swellow:
This analysis is old....
Guts Activation:

Well not only does this need an update in the worst way, but it also has the slashes fucked up. Quick Attack is a must, Protect can be mentioned, and Pursuit deserves to be slashed next to Brave Bird imo.

Choice Bander:

Going to test this. Regardless of weather or not I can switch into status often, I think a Life Orb set would be better. Which brings me to...

Life Orb:

Going to test this set out and probably replace the CBer with it. If switching into status is as easy as I think, this should be fine.

SubPassEndeavor:

Sounds like a big gimmick. Will test.

Testing:
- Choice Band vs Life Orb
- SubPassEndeavor

Sounds like fun!

POST TEST:

Tank:

This set is really outdated, I should try coming up with a better spread to take on Moltres, Houndoom, and other Fire-type attackers and invest the rest in attack. This is what Regirock excels at over Registeel, so I feel it should be emphasized in the spread.
The best spread that I used was Adamant, 204 HP / 148 Atk / 156 SpD. Takes Fire Blast + Hidden Power from Moltres quite well. It only takes 55% max from HP Grass. It has enough Attack to hit hard as well. The primary set should look like:

[SET]
name: Tank
move 1: Stone Edge / Rock Slide
move 2: Earthquake / Thunder Wave
move 3: Stealth Rock
move 4: Explosion
item: Leftovers
nature: Adamant
evs: 204 HP / 148 Atk / 156 SpD

With mentions of Max/Max+ Careful in set comments.

Curse:

Seems fine. Needs to be updated reflecting tier changes though.
Fine.

Rest + Sleep Talk:

Seems really pointless as a set. It just sits there and doesn't die, but can't do too much back to some really dangerous threats. Can probably be removed. Need to test.
This set is pretty dumb. It poses no threat. Remove it.

Choice Band:

I feel this set is generally outclassed by Rhyperior and Aggron. It can probably just go in OC. Need to test.

I was wrong about this set. It is still pretty good, and CB Explosion and no 4x weaknesses make this quite worthwhile over Rhyperior. Just need to update with tier changes.
Rock Polish:

I've used this set a lot, but there is another more effective moveset. Counter is pretty pointless, and Regirock makes a great bulky Water lure, meaning Passho Berry works great.

Haven't changed my thoughts.

Testing Results:
- new spread for main set - 204 HP / 148 Atk / 156 SpD
- Sleep Talk - Remove
- Choice Band - Keep and Update with Tier changes.

Sweeper:

Fine, but I'd rather rename it "Swords Dance" because the term sweeper is very ambiguous.
Just rename the set, otherwise it's fine.
Choice Band:

Looks good.

Looks great.

Baton Pass:

Including Agility is a pretty good idea as a sole Baton Passer to something like Bibarel or Rhyperior (which is more threatening with +2 Speed since it can boost either Spe or Atk afterwards anyway).
Testing confirms that having both SD and Agility are far more useful than Substitute on the set.
Salac Reversal:

These sets are rarely ever good. Scyther has an especially hard time since he doesn't even have STAB.

Yea, as I thought there was either weather, priority, or lack of power. Remove it.

Testing Results:
- Salac Reversal - remove

Special Attacker:

I'll test this, but I don't think it's going to do well being slow and all. This should probably be combined with a new "trick room" set.

On its own, this set was pretty disappointing. The same mons kept coming in and destroying me. Remove it.

I used 212 HP / 140 Def / 156 SpD Calm. It worked quite well.
Specs:

Seems as if this set is fine, but I'd like to test out a better spread at least. It also needs to be updated.
252 HP / 252 SpA Modest works best. I made a bulkier one to take Moltres attacks better but it didn't help much.
Trick Room:

Again, better spread is probably in order. Will test.

Same as above.
Curse:

Are you shitting me....lol.
Yep. This set was horrible. I mean it was kind of funny when people couldn't kill it, but no competent player would allow it to do anything remotely threatening.

Testing:
- Special Attacker - Remove
- Spread for Special Wall - (212 HP / 140 Def / 156 SpD Calm)
- Spread for Choice Specs - 252/252
- Spread for Trick Room - 252/252
This analysis is old....
Guts Activation:

Well not only does this need an update in the worst way, but it also has the slashes fucked up. Quick Attack is a must, Protect can be mentioned, and Pursuit deserves to be slashed next to Brave Bird imo.
Yep.

Choice Bander:

Going to test this. Regardless of weather or not I can switch into status often, I think a Life Orb set would be better. Which brings me to...
Life Orb was better.
Life Orb:

Going to test this set out and probably replace the CBer with it. If switching into status is as easy as I think, this should be fine.
Works pretty good. U-turn / Frustration / Brave Bird / Quick Attack. I even ran Hidden Power Water to nail Aggron and Rhyperior, but that was a little gimmicky.

SubPassEndeavor:

Sounds like a big gimmick. Will test.
It worked like once out of 10 matches. Remove.

Testing:
- Choice Band vs Life Orb - Life Orb is effective. CB isn't.
- SubPassEndeavor - remove.
