Hi I just got into competitive and wanted some feedback on my gen 6 rain team

Politoed @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 116 Def / 140 SpA
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Icy Wind
- Toxic
- Protect

Standard rain setter, scald for stab coverage and the burn, icy wind over ice beam because I like the speed drop, toxic for special sweepers and tanks and protect to stall and scout. Evs make it able to take hits and dish out dammage pretty well I am open to changes tho cus there may be a better set idk.

Klefki @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
Calm Nature
- Spikes
- Thunder Wave
- Rain Dance
- Dazzling Gleam

Great hazard setter, and gets protection from the rain. It's awesome typing, ev spread and leftovers help it reach 3 layers of spikes so often. Prankster thunder wave is just brutal and rain dance to reset rain. Dazzling gleam because I don't want it to be screwed to a taunt and it's my only fairy move right now.

Heliolisk @ Life Orb
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Thunder
- Grass Knot
- Protect
- Volt Switch

This thing out-speeds and kills a lot. Thunder cus rain, grass knot wrecks tyrannitar and other big heavy ground types, protect because, well, protect and scouting and finally volt switch to switch into another pokemon when things get dicy. It's pretty simple. I don't think there are any changes I want to make to this set, but i'm still open to feedback.

Toxicroak @ Black Sludge
Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- Drain Punch
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance

Here's where I get unsure. I wanted a decently fast check to grass types, but who can also wallbreak. I thought toxicroak would fit the bill perfectly, but it really doesn't seem to work great. Maybe it's because i'm inexperienced or getting bad matchups but idk. Poison jab for more reliable damage then gunk shot, drain punch for extra recovery and stab, sucker punch over ice punch coverage because most things will supereffective ko him anyways, and priority is always good. Swords dance for wallbreak.

Goodra @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Hydration
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpA
Bold Nature
- Dragon Pulse
- Sludge Bomb
- Rain Dance
- Rest

This thing is such a special tank it's ridiculous. Like it's impossible to ko this thing with a unboosted ice beam or moonblast. But i'm not 100% on the moveset. Rest and rain dance stay, because rest+hydration is broken, and rain dance keeps that up. But the rest keeps switching. Dragon pulse over draco meteor cus it's more reliable the longer the battle, and sludge bomb for coverage but I don't know if there is something better.

Swampert-Mega @ Swampertite
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Waterfall
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch
- Power-Up Punch

This is the big punch to the team. I'm pretty sure about everything here except the final move slot. It came down to either stealth rock or power up punch, and went for power up punch cus it helps a lot in the prolonged fights, and stealth rock seamed to slow and I already had kefkis spikes. Everything else i'm pretty sure about tho.

UPDATE: I was right with toxicroak the reason it was doing bad was because of bad matchups and a few greedy swords dances on my part. It is doing awesome and is sweeping teams and really rounds out the team. It can really clean up after swampert and it shreds ferrothorn who's a real problem for my team, as it walls every mon i have except toxicroak who easy gets 3 swords dances unless they switch. It also works pretty ok against blissey and chansey who keep stalling my team.
