The title says it all, a sun team without drought and an unpredictable pokemon that calls the sun in.

Jolteon
Item:[/U] Choice Specs

Ability: Volt Absorb
Nature: Timid
252 Sp. Attack EV's
252 Speed EV's
4 HP EV's
Moveset:
Thunderbolt/Thunder
Volt Switch
Shadow Ball/Signal Beam
Hyper Beam
A typical Smogon - style Jolteon with Choice Specs.
I put him up as my lead to obviously deal some heavy damage,
or to Volt Switch out to Espeon if their lead is setting up entry hazards.
Doesn't benefit from the sun, but I like to see him as a "Lead-Breaker"

Espeon
Item: Heat Rock

Ability: Magic Bounce
Nature: Timid
252 Speed EV's
252 Defense EV's
4 HP
Moveset:
Psychic
Sunny Day
Morning Sun
Reflect
This Espeon is used mainly for setting up the sun,
bouncing off entry hazards, and supporting the
team with reflect. I already have a special attacker,
so he's more used for suppport so I gave him defense
EV's rather than Sp. Attack to keep him in their longer.

Jumpluff
Item: ???
Ability: Chlorophyll
Nature: Timid
252 Speed EV's
252 Sp. Attack EV's
4 HP EV's
Moveset:
Seed Bomb/Solarbeam (PP UP's)
Leech Seed
Sleep Powder
Substitute
A Subseed Jumpluff because Venasaur is too
mainstream and exeggutor is too slow. Jumpluff
has a a typical Subseed moveset, and needs espeon
to put up the sun or would be rather useless. I was
hoping someone would give me an idea for an item.

Arcanine
Item: Life orb

Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Adamant
EV's ?????
Moveset:
Flare Blitz
Wild Charge
Extremespeed (PP UP's)
Morning Sun
Good revnge killer. Another sun reliant pokemon, a physical attacker.
Up's the power of flare blitz, and allows a decent
recovery from life orb when possible. I couldn't
think of any other fire type pokemon that I wouldn't
see every other battle, but if you have any suggestions
feel free. I was hoping someone would help me out with the
EV's for him

Salamence
Item: Perism Berry

Ability: Moxie
Nature: Jolly
252 Speed EV's
252 Attack EV's
4 Health EV's
Moveset:
Outrage
Earthquake
Fire Fang
Dragon Dance
Sweeper, you know what he's used for.
Fire Fang + Sun = stronger

Dusclops
Item: Eviolite

Ability: Pressure
Nature: Bold
252 Defense EV's
252 Sp. Defense EV's
4 HP EV's
Moveset:
Night Shade (PP UP's)
Will-O-Wisp
Rest
Sleep Talk/Trick Room/Disable
All purpose wall, physical and Special
absorber
with good recovery.
Used to defend from powerful moves and stop sweepers
The purpose of this team is to call in the sun
and catching the opponent off guard. I tried
to make sure this team wouldn't crumble from
a drizzle team so not all pokemon benefit from
sun. Salamence is a plan B pokemon when the
sun Fails. Dusclops stops sweepers, Jolteon kills
leads. Espeon sets up sun and stops hazards, Arcanine
can attack good with or without sun and good
revenge killer, and jumpluff a monster under the sun.
Thanks! Please help me out with the move /'s on some of the movesets.
