Introduction:
The current meta has many of HO and Baton Pass teams, I tried to make this team rightly so. Only 3 pokemons to receive the speed buff, so I just noticed that three can destroy many teams.
Team:
Azelf is suicide lead this standard in several HO teams, there is not much to talk about it.

Ability: Levitate
EVs: 128 HP / 128 Def / 252 Spe

- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Skill Swap
- Explosion
Zapdos has Agility to achieve speed and Substitute roost with Pressure to stall pp moves like Stone Edge and Ice Beam, it carries Lax Incense to make the oponete wander out the coup and thus pass the substitute for next Pokemon so they do not take damage and can usually setup. It was actually the Kirigon who created this zapdos I just copied it xD.

IVs: 0 Atk

Excadrill Scarf standard because it helps the team to get rid of Pokemon that hinder Zapdos.

Mega Heracross, one of the most powerful physical attackers with Swords Dance to not have many problems.

- Pin Missile
- Rock Blast
Espeon with Storage Power works well against Sp Walls and Unaware because the power of Storage Power remains the same only the buffs are canceled and Dazzling Gleam to hit Dark types, and Magic Bounce can able Espeon to take Roar and Taunt

Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam
- Stored Power
- Morning Sun
Manaphy is useful because it can as quickly buff than Espeon, 44 Spe to with only 1 agility to give out speed on Charizard X after Dragon Dance and Jirachi Scarf.

EVs: 212 HP / 252 SpA / 44 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Tail Glow
- Surf
- Energy Ball
