If you haven't looked in Cong recently then I dont blame you for missing two of my threads that I've been updating recently. Long story short Ive been engaging in various ways of passing time outside of work that doesnt involve video games. I started with Wine making and have been doing that to some moderate success since June of 2025. Most recently I got into Ecosystem creation and I started my first Aquarium Yesterday (January 3rd). Hobbies Thread 'Homebrewing?'
Hey Y'all!
My girlfriend has recently forced me to learn about homebrewing. On Monday, we began our first batch of mead, which we produced in two half-gallon Mason jars. For our first batch, we used a blueberry mead recipe that was found on the Homebrewing forums. The other one was just a basic mead recipe we found online.
We are looking forward to our first taste in 3-4 weeks.
