holy talonflame My First OU RMT

I won't bore everyone with a super long intro... Name's Thomas and this is my first RMT, though I've been playing competitive Pokemon since Gen 4. Alright, let's get started!
Deoxys-Defense

Deoxys-Defense @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Night Shade

I used to have scarfed trick mew as my lead, but it left me desiring something more reliable, so I turned to the epitome of sturdy and reliable in deoxys. He has a base 90 speed which isn't great by any accounts but is actually good enough to taunt other hazard users before they can set up. Thunder wave is to support teammates against otherwise faster opponents but also to give deoxys the first turn unless they switch, either way getting a quarter of their hp gone with night shade.
Keldeo

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Scald

This thing is an absolute terror for other teams. Hydro Pump takes at least 50-60 out of anything that doesn't resist it, and most times hidden power takes care of that. Secret sword is too heavily damage pokemon like chansey or others with huge special defense stats, and scald is just there as a more reliable option. If I feel like it can still rip through the team with scald, then I opt for that, and if it doesn't OHKO it, there's always the burn chance.

Scizor

Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost

Everybody raves about it being an offensive juggernaut, but I have found it to be infinitely more useful on my team as a wall/pivot. Bullet punch can still do decent damage to opponents, often strong enough to kill weakened mons. Roost is to increase his lifetime, defog for keeping other teammates in tip top shape, and u turn to gain momentum.
Rotom-Wash
rotom-wash.jpg

Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Rest
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp

This is my special wall. It forms an awesome defensive core with scizor, with very few being able to significantly harm both. Rest chesto berry is my means of recovery, although I'm considering changing back to leftovers and pain split. Volt switch again gives me momentum moving forward putting my opponent in more difficult situations and basically giving me free turns. Hydro pump is to try to put a dent in something if I decide to switch in, doing solid damage with only 4 ev's invested in SAtk. And finally will-o-wisp is to rack up damage and completely take away or significantly lower the presence of physically offensive mons.
Talonflame
Talonflame-Minimalist.jpg
Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- U-turn
- Flare Blitz
- Sleep talk
Not much to say here. The standard set for talonflame except for sleep talk, in case someone tries to pull that on me. As I'm sure you already know, talonflame hits incredibly hard with its two stabs and is generally my end game sweeper, and has bailed me out on countless occasions.

Alakazam
65alakazam1920x1200.jpg
Alakazam (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball

This is one of the best revenge killers in the game right now, and probably will be for a long time. With focus sash and magic guard, it is pretty much guaranteed to get in at least one hit against the opposition. With stealth rock on the other side he often OHKOs threats that would otherwise run rampage through my team. Even if the target is a sweeper, most that I've faced higher up in the ladder don't have a priority, and if they do, I just bring out talonflame and brave bird them once. Thanks to this guy I can stops basically any setup sweeper or choice mon dead in its tracks.

Conclusion
All in all, this team has done fairly well with me, I have hit a peak of 1650 with this team and have not deviated too far when using it. However, I feel like this team is still missing something as now I win only often enough to maintain my ranking, and have been stuck for some time now.

No spaces of course.

On to the team, very solid and pretty standard team minus the Alakazam that I never see anymore. On Talonflame Steel Wing literally does nothing, it doesn't hit things that hard at all and offers no utility for teammates. Swap out Steel Wing for Sleep Talk in order to handle sleep users better and to have 4 usable moves instead of 3 good moves and one that is bad. On top of the solid priority you get in Brave Bird, Sleep Talk provides with another way to beat a lead Smeargle and pick him off or simply break his sash if you roll a U-turn.

Deoxys-Defense really doesn't need any attacks whatsoever to do its job efficiently. Because faster Deoxys forms or Pranksters can trouble you, I suggest running Magic Coat over Night Shade in order to bounce back unwanted hazards, Taunts, status moves, etc. This also pairs very well with Taunt to ensure that it js very hard to set up on you.

Mega Scizor is a monster and many people know that very well, you seem to be one of them so I shall shed some light on the set that is the best. As far as moves to you are spot on, but when it comes to EVs you are slacking some. Most of the things that are setting up Stealth Rocks are special attackers, most of the things you come in to kill are special AND most Fire type moves aimed at you are special. For EVs I suggest running 248 HP / 44 Atk / 216 SDef and Adamant nature for exceptional special bulk and enough Atk to still get the job done. 248 HP gives you an odd HP number so you can swap in more times if rocks are up. Because Scizor and Rotom-Wash forma solid pivot core, you need them to stay alive longer.

Rotom-Wash was your specially based pivot beforehand, but now you are rocking a Mega Scizor in that role as he performs it better. Things like Talonflame and Mega Pinsir are very popular at this point and can run amuck if not properly accounted for. In order to counter these threats fully, change Rotom-Wash to be your physical pivot and give it these EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spd and a Bold Nature. The HP EVs is the same as Scizor with the same reasoning, stay alive, win games. 44 Speed is to out pace jolly max speed Azumarill and either Volt Switch out or outright burn it with Wil-O-Wisp. 216 is for great physical bulk to add to your incredible defensive typing and to compliment Scizor even more.

Yeah, steel wing definitely wasn't doing anything for me, I had never thought of sleep talk before. I will try out those suggestions today, thanks man
