* The HP and Special Defense EVs let Hoopa-U survive Timid Choice Scarf Porygon-Z's Hyper Beam. Maximum Speed EVs and a Jolly nature allow Hoopa-U to outspeed Modest Choice Scarf Porygon-Z and Dragapult and Speed tie opposing Choice Scarf Hoopa-U. The remaining EVs are in Attack.

Maximum Speed EVs and a Jolly nature allow Hoopa-U to outspeed Modest Choice Scarf Porygon-Z and Dragapult. (it's fine if you don't feel like including the mirror but i do think it's worth mentioning otherwise you could be running like 240 spe or som to optimize atk)

potential Custap Berry foe (like? prim? i feel like it's kinda lacking an example)

this is super well done so if you feel like what i said isn't worth adding it's fine, the entire analysis looks great.
