* Psychic Noise is used over Psychic, as it allows Hoopa-U to defeat Serperior.
* Dark Pulse should be used against non-Disable Spectrier and Cresselia.
* Thunderbolt allows Hoopa-U to beat Corviknight.
* Grass Knot is for Rhyperior, while Focus Blast is strong into Hisuian Goodra.
* Choice Specs Hoopa-U can use 52 HP EVs to survive Leaf Storm twice from non-Special Attack-invested Serperior. Additionally, 252 Speed EVs without a boosting nature allow Hoopa-U to outspeed Corviknight while also having the best odds against opposing Choice Specs Hoopa-U. The rest of the EVs and a Modest nature allow for maximum damage output.
* Choice Specs Hoopa-U can also use an EV spread of 228 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpA / 16 Spe to survive Giga Impact from Assault Vest Ursaluna while outspeeding Adamant Donphan. The remaining EVs and a Modest nature allow for the best damage output while running this spread.

* Thunderbolt allows Hoopa-U to beat Corviknight and Volcanion.

The Volcanion mention is a little weird since the first EV spread can just win with Dark Pulse, make it clear that it just makes the matchup more reliable.

* Grass Knot is for Rhyperior, while Focus Blast is strong into Hisuian Goodra and non-Bulletproof Ursaluna.

Grass knot also helps against all Ursalunas.

* Choice Specs Hoopa-U can also use an EV spread of 228 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpA / 16 Spe to survive Giga Impact from Assault Vest Ursaluna (you prob already knew this but 252+ Atk Ursaluna Giga Impact vs. 228 HP / 252 Def Hoopa-Unbound: 306-361 (85.4 - 100.8%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO, idk if you wanna rephrase into "having the best odds into Ursaluna Giga Impact" or som but this 6.3 is slightly annoying considering that your bulk is just 1 hp away from living this attack while having the phan benchmark and the modest nature.)

bern I didn't want to add Ogerpon-W because Ogerpon-W can still win as Power Whip from offensive just OHKOs the faster spread. I also did not want to add Whimsicott because Whimsicott loses on account of Hoopa-U being a Dark-type and being immune to Prankster moves, but have rephrased it a bit to be able to add Whimsicott. Outside of not adding Ogerpon-W, I've implemented the changes, thanks!
