The question above. Please answer. I can just create it? With a pic and specs of it, and it's summary? Is that all? Then Smogon will use it?
 
But it ruined my "plan." *sobs* I thought I will be able to show you guys my peacock and platypus Pokemon, they are quite well-drawn, *weeps*....
