How do I delete a thread?

I have a rate my team thread open, but I don't know how to delete it? Can I only delete it if I have a badge? If so, how do I create a new rate my team thread if I'm only allowed to have one open at a time?

You can only delete it if your a mod. I would say your best bet is to pm one to close it. Next time use this:
