How do you get an Wish and Yawn Umbreon?

Greeting y'all. I've just started making my team and I would really like to have an Umbreon in it for support. However, for the last couple of days I've been trying to figure out how to breed both Wish and Yawn into Umbreon to no avail. I know that there has to be a chain in there somewhere, so I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Thank you very much in advance.

You are thinking of Sneasel. (I think)
Smeargle has the move Sketch, which he can use to learn any move in the game.
