How do you know when EVs are complete?

I'm just wondering if there is any way to tell if your EVs are complete, like the lady at the Slateport Market in R/S/E.

Anyone know?

Count them as you add them. Questions like this go in the "Ask a simple question..." thread.

All you have to do is go to the Ribbon Lady and she'll give you a ribbon if your EVs are done. I don't know where she is though...
