How does the sleep clause mod work?

I have a few questions about the sleep clause mod:
1. Can one pokemon only put 1 opponent to sleep the entire match, or is the rule only 1 pokemon can be put to sleep at a time. For example, Roserade sends Venasaur to sleep. The venasuar stays on the field for a few turns and wakes up. Can Roserade put that Venasuar to sleep again as there are no longer any pokemon on the opposing team asleep?
2. If Roserade puts a Venasuar to sleep using sleep powder, can a Gengar from the same team put Kanghaskan to sleep using hypnosis? This would put two pokemon on the same team, Kanghaskan and Venasuar, to sleep at the same time.

Only one Pokemon on the opposing team may be asleep at any given time as a result of (any of) your Pokemon's moves. If the asleep Pokemon wakes up, it can be put to sleep again or another Pokemon on that team can be put to sleep. The answer to question 2 is no.
