Backstory: I'm not on TikTok but apparently there was a trend going around where people tried to eat a Big Mac in less than a minute. This idea took off in the world of fantasy football, so now people are timing themselves eating Big Macs to see who gets to draft the highest within their league (lower time = higher draft placement). A group of my friends decided to do this for our league too, so here's my submission.


With a final time of 1:06.39, I think I did pretty well! However, I'm the first from my group to submit a time, so who knows whether it's good or not (at least when compared to a bunch of other late-20s American dudes). But I'd like to extend the challenge to you, Smogoff. How fast can you eat a Big Mac? We can use the honors system because I understand that not everyone would want to eat on camera, but as said in the thread title, video submission are absolutely encouraged. You'll find a leaderboard below. Don't choke!

Side note: you can consider this a sequel thread to the classic "If OP Gets 30 Reacts I Will Eat An Entire Raw Onion (OP is a big fat phony)" thread.

as soon as I make this post, I am going to swap to my phones stopwatch, start it, and start eating. when I am done I am going to post again, then edit in the details of the experience

went to mcdonalds for first time in 12+ years. both doors I could use to enter the place were broken. pushed one aside and walked in, the place was completely empty of other customers and very dimly lit. there were probably only 2 staff members there and one of them was trying to stuff a pizza box into an overflowing trash bin, but I used the digital screen to order so it didn't matter that nobody was at the counter. was significantly more expensive than I expected. took probably 3 minutes to get my food which is pretty solid although I thought it would be quicker. the person who made my food and then gave it to me was coughing constantly.
walked outside for a while and eventually found a pond with a bench next to it. sat down, admired the view for a bit and then chowed down. it ended up being slightly better than I expected but still bad. I think the sauce carried but that's just because it was very fatty and sweet.
then I finished my water because it was a 30+ minute walk to go back and I didn't want to have to hold the plastic bottle the whole time. however I got a pretty big water and finishing the whole bottle at once made me feel ill (probably in combo with the burger).

unfortunately, I didn't realize when watching the video that phoopes didn't drink any water. I implicitly assumed coney island hot dog rules, and while I was eating I washed it down with water. I also wasn't completely a member of the clean plate club and because I was just on a bench I didn't want to pick up the lettuce. therefore I think you could probably make an argument for dqing me
