How to display a Signature image in your signature?

See the Image tags work in a post, but there is no button to do that when i go to edit my signature. How do I fix that?
I tryed inserting the img tags myself bur nothing happened.

Please discuss and or help me.

you need a badge. So if you want that pic in your sig, you have to work hard for it!
