How to get Shaymin in English DP

Now mods, before you rush to give me an infraction for this, Im just telling the people of Smogon what someone on the Serebii chat told me. I have no idea if its true or not, but might as well let the people know.
ANyways, apparently, to get Shaymin you access the Wi-Fi Mystery Gift feature on July 14th. You will receive Oak's Letter, and be able to catch Shaymin. For those of you who don't know, here's how you get Mystery Gift:
Go to the man standing next to the woman on the third floor of the TV building in Jubilife City. First, tell him "Everyones Happy". Then, tell him "Wi-fi Connection". He'll say he can pull some strings. Next, save and turn your game. When you turn it back on, the mystery gift option should be there.
 
This is how stupid rumors get started. If there was such an event, we'd have heard it from credible sources most likely before some random on serebii told you.

Just like the Arceus event...:/

Unless Serebii Joe says so...it's a no-no....
 
Ok, I'll tell you you can download Arceus item through Mystery Gift July 12th. Now go on serebii and post "someone on Smogon told me..."

Come on, you can't trust on anything people tell you, only because you want to get Shaymin. If something like that was true, it would be posted on Pokemon.com, on Serebii's site, even here on Smogon, or any other reliable source.
 
Isn't 14th July just the date of the Japanese Arceus / Shaymin giveaway? Where you use the mystery gift at some places in JAPAN.
