Hydreigon

[Overview]
Hydreigon possesses more than just excellent offensive stats; its excellent movepool and modest base 92 / 90 / 90 defenses make it a potent threat to be aware of. Hydreigon can easily switch in using its variety of resistances and immunities to devastate the opponent with powerful attacks. It takes little damage from top threats such as Chandelure and also punches through defensive cores. However, not all is wonderful with the Brutal Pokemon, its weaknesses to Bug- and Fighting-type moves leave it prey to the common Genesect and Breloom. In addition, its base 98 speed is under a host of offensive Pokemon allowing it to be easily revenge killed. Everything considered, Hydreigon is still a dangerous foe and is wonderful at breaking through teams.

[Checks and Counters]

Honestly, I think Expert Belt should get the first item slash on offensive. The only reason offensive sets are used over Latios is because of it's better and more varied moves, and you lose that vital surprise from its amazing coverage. As far as the choice set is concerned, I think it should be split into two. The reason for this is because
a) Scarf will rarely being running Modest, always Timid
b) Specs will almost always be running Modest
c) Specs runs a different EV spread
The EV spread mentioned in the OU analysis needs to be modified for DW use; Mach Punch Conkeldurr is not as prevalent as Technician Breloom. However, with 144 EVs in HP, Hydreigon runs the least amount needed to survive any one Mach Punch. As for the split, list specs at the bottom and keep Scarf where it is.
The optimal DW spread for taking Mach Punch from Techniloom is: 144 HP / 252 SpA / 112 Spe. Specs also runs Draco Meteor | Dragon Pulse | Fire Blast / Flamethrower | U-turn / Focus Blast. Mention that it can run max SpA max Spe.
So in summary:
Offensive
-Expert Belt / Life Orb instead of Life Orb / Expert Belt
-Slash Flamethrower after Fire Blast cause accuracy
name: Offensive
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Dark Pulse
move 3: Fire Blast / Flamethrower
move 4: Focus Blast / U-turn
item: Expert Belt / Life Orb
nature: Modest
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
In AC: spread with 144 HP / 252 SpA / 112 Spe

Choice
-split the set into specs and scarf
-make the set order then Offensive | Choice Scarf | Substitute | Choice Specs
-so then;

Choice Scarf
-Timid with Modest in AC
-normal offensive spread
-U-turn is more important, move it to third slot
-Focus Blast in last slot with Dragon Pulse in AC
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Fire Blast / Flamethrower
move 3: U-turn
move 4: Focus Blast
item: Choice Scarf
nature: Timid
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
In AC: Modest nature, Dragon Pulse (which may go in SC instead actually)

Choice Specs
-spread with 144 HP to take Techniloom Mach Punch instead of OU Conkeldurr Mach
Punch
-max spa max spe heavy mention in AC unless someone says opposite max spa max spe
main and other spread AC
-Dragon Pulse second slot
name: Choice Specs
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Dragon Pulse
move 3: Flamethrower / Fire Blast (accuracy is more important than power here)
move 4: Focus Blast / U-turn
item: Choice Specs
nature: Modest
EVs: 144 HP / 252 SpA / 112 Spe
In AC: Timid nature, max SpA max Spe, explanation that 144 HP can take Technician Breloom Mach Punch

Read the hide tags and cheers!

LOL, just realized Rotom-W runs 144 HP / 252 SpA / 112 Spe Modest. Fun times. Feel free to argue with me, I know someone will.
