Hyper Offense

Hello there, this is my first RMT for a while and its my second Black and White team. To be honest there was no real structure of how I made the team but firstly I decided I wanted a two dragon core. Originally I wanted to have a ScarfChomp and BandHaxorus, but I replaced Garchomp with a Choice Band Mamoswine, since it gave me more resisitances and its Ice Shard does a better Revenge Killing IMO. When I started making my team I noticed most of my pokemon were based towards Physical Attacks so I put in Latios for my other Dragon and Volcarona to elminate Steel Types trying to wall my dragons. Anyway heres my team:

Metagross @ Air Balloon Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Bullet Punch
- Meteor Mash
- Hammer Arm

I needed a steel type for coverage against dragons and I needed a lead too. I was originally thinking Jirachi but I chose Metagross simply because it is much more powerful and it can usually knock a pokemon out right of the bat. If it still has its Air Balloon intact then it can function as my Excadrill counter when Conkeldurr is down.

Conkeldurr (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Mach Punch
- Focus Punch
- Substitute
- Payback

When I was making my team I noticed that in a Sandstorm Excadrill could be a big problem for my team, and the general consensus around the forums is that Conkeldurr is the best "check" around. I had used the standard set in battle but I switched to the SubPunch which has let me take out alot more pokemon than the standard set.

Volcarona (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Volcarona gets me past physical walls such as skarmory and opens up a gap for my dragons to come in and cause major damage. It simply destroys steel types, I was considering magnezone in this spot but I wanted someone who could be more damaging to the metagame in general rather than just steel types, and I needed a setup sweeper so Volcarona was the obvious choice.

Mamoswine (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Hardy Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
- Stone Edge

Originally I wanted Garchomp as my revenge killer, but I chose Mamoswine since it gives me a much more powerful revenge killer with its Choice Banded STAB Ice Shard. This is just the basic set and for me it has taken out alot of pokemon and I am pretty happy with it.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Recover

Latios is insanely powerful and has sweeped me several times, so I decided I wanted to use some of that power for myself. It also provedes a way to get around physical walls such as Hippowdon which would otherwise wall alot of my team. I am considering switching to the Specs set because I just don't seem to be sweeping as much as I would like with Latios but I dont want loads of choice items on my team.

Haxorus (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Mold Breaker
EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Dual Chop
- Brick Break

Haxorus is one part of my teams dragon duo and boy is it powerful. I cant count how many times its nailed a pokemon with its insanely powerful Outrage. It is good for mid-game to cause massive damage to the enemy team and allow Mamoswine to come in and clean up.

As I have said I am pretty new to the metagame and dont know any of the major threats or anything, so if anyone can help improve my team and point out any threats I'd really appreciate it.

Regards
GM

Im a manchester united fan anyway the only problem is a rapid spinner you may change metagross to a fortress it set stealth rock spikes and rapid spin plus sturdy ability
