ORAS OU Hyper Offensive Team (First RMT)

Hey my name's Xarkos and I am new around here, I have been testing this team for a little bit now and was hoping I could get this team rated. This team so far has been fun to use and hopefully it looks pretty good to you guys :D

The Team at First Look:

The Team:

entei.gif

Sacred (Entei) @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Bulldoze
- ExtremeSpeed
- Stone Edge

Entei was chosen for the team because he was just who I wanted to make a team from so the team ended up being a full offensive team. Not too much too be said about why Entei is in the team but he is usually my answer to any grass types that may enter the field and also I use him to out speed anything with Extreme Speed if Manectric and Scizor have feinted. Sacred Fire to handle any grass types that may have switched in on my Landorus, Bulldoze and Stone Edge which are used as my main STAB and Extreme Speed to out speed anything that may be faster then my Entei.

landorus-therian.gif
Lando (Landorus-Therian) @ Earth Plate
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 72 HP / 252 Atk / 184 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Landorus-Therian was chosen for the team because I needed a Stealth Rocker on the team. Landorus is my answer to fire types if my Entei has feinted and also he is used to handle rock types that may be used against my Entei. EQ used for main STAB, Stealth Rock to use whenever possible with U-Turn to switch out after rocks has been used and Stone Edge to handle anything that may have levitate that EQ cant hit.

scizor.gif

Bug (Scizor) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- U-turn
- Knock Off

Scizor was chosen for the team because I felt as though I needed something that had priority but also had speed to out speed some Pokemon's that may cause trouble for the team. Scizor is my answer to any fast threats that would otherwise possible 6-0 my team. Bullet Punch is used for Priority, Superpower there to usually handle any normal type Pokemon, U-Turn to switch out if a threat is to appear and Knock Off to remove any items off Pokemons that may be a really high threat with a certain item attached.

manectric-mega.gif

Manny (Manectric-Mega) @ Manectite
Ability: Lightning Rod
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Mega Manectric was chosen for the team because I needed to choose a Mega and also start to look into some special attackers so Manectric was the choice. Manectric is my main answer to dragon types and also is used just to handle any defensive walls. Thunderbolt and Flamethrower are there as main STAB, Volt Switch to swap out if any threats appear in front of Manectric and HP Ice to beat dragon types.

keldeo.gif

Dash (Keldeo) @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Secret Sword
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Flying]

Keldeo was chosen for the team because I felt as though the team needed a water type on it so Keldeo felt like the choice as he is also fighting type. Keldeo is my answer for any fire or rock type Pokemons that may enter the field. Scald is used as my main STAB, Hydro Pump is there for if I dont believe scald can OHKO, Secret Sword is there to cut through any defensive walls and HP Flying is to beat any fighting types that appear on the field.

latias.gif

Soul (Latias) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Defog
- Healing Wish

Last but not least I chose Latias for the team because I felt as though the team needed something that can hold its own but also give support for the team and thats when Latias came to mind. Latias is my answer to any dragon type Pokemon if Manectric is down. Draco Meteor is there for main STAB, Psyshock is there for any fighting or poison types that may appear, Defog is to clear anything like spikes and stealth rock and healing wish is for if Latias is about to go down and I can try and heal another Pokemon up like entei or Manectric who have potential to clear another 2-3 Pokemon.

Hey buddy very cool team. Team looks solid and I don't think changing any pokemon are necessary but I have a few tweaks that might improve the team:

746.png.png
My first suggestion would be changing Landorus' spread to 240 HP / 8 SpD / 248 Def so that you can check stuff like Charizard-X, M-Altaria and other physically offensive threats better than your current spread. I feel like this change is very important as mons after a DD just sweep through w/o any effort(Dragonite/Charizard/Altaria, stuff like M-Lopunny too) and would greatly benefit the team.

212.png.png
My second suggestion would be running SpDef Scizor along w/Pusuit instead of Banded Scizor as your team lacks a reliable switch in to the Lati twins and M-Diancie, M-Gardevoir, etc as well as running Pursuit allows you form a nice Pursuit trapping core with Mega Manectric+Scizor so that it gets rid of stuff like the Lati twins and thus open the way for Keldeo / M-Manectric to pull through.

244.png.png
Life Orb> Choice Band allows you to have versitality, something I feel an HO Team should definitely have when it comes to move sets, and the power loss isn't too huge. Will help you in the long run, imo.

My last minor change would be changing Keldeo to a SubCM set to deal with bulkier teams that do give your team problems at the moment, this change allows you to break through those kinds of teams easily and gives the team a potential win condition too.

Sets:
Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 40 Atk / 44 Def / 176 SpD
Impish Nature
- Roost
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Bullet Punch

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 248 Def / 8 SpD /
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Stealth Rock

Hope I helped

Hi, looks like a great team! However, this isn't exactly HO. Hyper Offense involves a support mon that usually has screens and the rest are mons that blow huge holes in walls and sweep.

Anyways, this team looks good. Nothing shares a common weakness, except Manectric, Entei, Lando, and Lati. I would suggest a Defensive Landorus to take more hits, as you have nothing that wants to take a physical hit. Try Specs on Keldeo. I know that Keldeo gets more room to switch it's moves with a Life Orb, but Specs do wayy more damage. Try Scarf on Entei. You have no Scarfer yet, and that's the only thing I can see becoming scarfed, as Lando is needed for it's Defensive capabilities, unless you switch Latias for a Scarfed Latios. If you do that, run Exert Belt or Life Orb Entei. It gives Entei more movement and can Bulldoze Heatran switch-ins on a Sacred Fire misplay. Anywwys, good luck!
