I've been playing in the RU a lot as of ORAS. This is the firsr Hyper Offensive Team I've built for ORAS RU. It has hat the team really has trouble dealing with are:
- Special Bulk Spiritomb (Especially with Pain Split)
- Bulky Grass Types like Amoonguss (Defensive w/ spore)
- Mega-Banette (Because of Prankster)

The First Thing that came to my mind was to use a Pokemon that was common to use in RU, but with an unexpected twist. That is why I chose this Meloetta. Unlike the Sub+Calm Mind most commonly used in RU, the Meloetta I chose was a Pirouette Assault Vest Form. This was a sweeper that tends to sweep more often than anything I've seen in RU.

Next up, I needed a Utility. Hitmonlee was quick and could remove hazards while putting the opposition at a disadvantage with all of it's speed moves like Fake Out and Bullet Punch.

To make up for the flying weakness that these two shared, I added Mega-Glalie. This Pokemon was also defended by the fighting types who can fight against other fighting types that Glalie can't take care of itself.

I then needed a Pokemon that could swiftly take care of other Pokemon and play as a Swift Wallbreaker. While I had Ambipom in mind for this, Hitmonlee already did what Ambipom could do and more, so I wen't with a less common wallbreaker, Floatzel. Although Kingler could also be used in this spot, I tried using it, but it was often out-sped since it was a hyper offensive team (which commonly play NO bulky Pokemon, so they ended up fainting).

As a sure fire way to take care of Defoggers and Rapid Spinners, I needed something that could speed past just about everything in its tier while still having some defense in case they end up not being defoggers or Rapid Spinners. Jolteon was chosen for this spot due to it's high special stats and higher speed.

And Last but certainly not least, our Stealth Rock Setter, Cobalion. This can be used to set up barriers and be good even if you can't set Stealth Rock due to it's high Defense and Speed.

King Goat (Cobalion) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Justified
EVs: 232 Atk / 24 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Reflect
- Iron Head
- Close Combat
This is the Pokemon that you need to lead off every game with. It's natural bulk allows to take hits while setting up for your other members to sweep. The first move needs to be Stealth Rock, since using Reflect first takes up a turn that another Pokemon could use it for. Reflect should only be activated when you KNOW that Cobalion is going to be gone the turn of or next turn. However, be weary faster of Pokemon that know Taunt, although its high speed stat doesn't leave many options. As mentioned before, be careful for Mega-Banette.

Leisure Lee (Hitmonlee) (M) @ Normal Gem
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 8 Atk / 248 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Fake Out
- Bullet Punch
- Close Combat
This Pokemon plays a lot as both a revenge-killer and as an utility. To use this Pokemon to it's full potential, use it when facing Pokemon that can potentially sweep. To stop this, play Fake Out. Then set up with Bullet Punch to deal damage or Rapid Spin to remove some momentum from the opponent. However, this doesn't always work, so another option is to just out-speed stuff and take advantage of it's bulk so it can sweep and tank at the same time.

Glade (Glalie) @ Glalite
Ability: Refrigerate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Double-Edge
- Freeze-Dry
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
"Thanks to Refrigerate, Double-Edge is Mega Glalie's STAB move of choice, as it deals a lot of damage to any Pokemon that doesn't resist Ice-type attacks. Freeze Dry allows Mega Glalie to get around certain bulky Water-types such as Quagsire and physically defensive Alomomola, which would otherwise completely wall Mega Glalie. Earthquake punishes Steel-types that like to switch into Mega Glalie's Ice-type moves, and it has the additional benefit of OHKOing opposing Magneton. Ice Shard allows Mega Glalie to pick off Pokemon that are incredibly difficult for offensive teams to deal with, such as weakened Mega Pidgeot and Mega Sceptile. If priority is not necessary for your team, Explosion can be used, allowing Mega Glalie to take out or heavily damage even the sturdiest of Pokemon that resist Ice." Buoy Boy (Floatzel) @ Life Orb
Ability: Water Veil
EVs: 248 Atk / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Waterfall
- Return
- Crunch
- Power-Up Punch
This Pokemon plays as a very strong wallbreaker. It's high Attack and Speed EVs allow it to live up to its typing and break walls (original, I know.). It can use Waterfall as a Strong STAB move with a 1/5 chance for flinching. It uses Return over Quick Attack since it has high speed, but if you're worried about Pokemon like Jolteon killing this, you can play Quick Attack to get priority over it. Power-Up Punch can set it up to sweep and works as a reliable fighting move.

The Green Blur (Jolteon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Quick Feet
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 200 SpA / 52 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Hyper Voice
- Volt Switch
Despite the special bulk it has, this shouldn't show up unless it can OHKO or deal massive damage, due to it being the only strong Special Attacker on the Team (aside from Mega Glalie). This is a basic set that heavily relies on OHKOing to avoid it's low Defense stat that often leads to this Pokemon Fainting. That's why it has Leftovers to bulk over Choice Specs.

Weird Al (Meloetta) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Serene Grace
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 232 Def / 24 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Relic Song
- Drain Punch
- Return
- Knock Off
"Relic Song is obviously the most important move on this set, allowing Meloetta to become one of the most dangerous physical threats in RU. Return and Close Combat are chosen as STAB moves for Meloetta, as they have very good neutral coverage in the tier. Knock Off rounds out Meloetta's coverage, allowing it to do heavy damage to Ghost-types. Ice Punch and Zen Headbutt are also interesting options for Meloetta, as they allow Meloetta to get through Gligar and Weezing, respectively, and thanks to Serene Grace, Zen Headbutt has a nice 40% chance to flinch. Quick Attack and Facade are also options to replace Return, providing Meloetta with priority in Quick Attack's case or allowing it to negate the Attack drop from burn with Facade."

Here are a few replays to give an Idea of how the Team Works at it's best.
