This bears a striking resemblance to my team...

dpmba437.png

Bronzong @ Leftovers *** Metallica A bronzong nick should always have "bell" in it somewhere

Levitate
252 HP / 168 Def / 88 Sdef
Relaxed
-Gyro Ball
-Light Screen
-Stealth Rock
-Hypnosis

I approve.

dpfba488.png

Cresselia @ Leftovers *** Lunaphage

Levitate
204 HP / 252 Def / 52 Sdef
Bold
-Calm Mind
-Charge Beam
-Ice Beam
-Moonlight

Consider switching her def EVs with SpDef. Bronzong & gliscor are your phys walls. I'll post my cress spread.

dpmba121.png

Starmie @ Leftovers *** Supernova
Natural Cure
168 HP / 220 Spd / 120 SAtk
Timid
-Thunderbolt
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunder Wave

Leave the EVs as they are. Grass knot somewhere?

dpmba472.png

Gliscor @ Leftovers *** Altitude
Sand Veil
244 HP / 194 Def / 72 Spe
Impish
-Earthquake
-Roost
-Stone Edge
-Aerial Ace

He should have about 240 attack. 72 speed EVs looks like 243 off the top of my head. I'd say take 20 out of def and put it in attack. Otherwise, this is good.

dpmba485.png

Heatran @ Choice Specs *** Fireheart
Flash Fire
40 HP / 216 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest
-Overheat
-Earth Power
-Dragon Pulse
-Will 'O Wisp / Explosion

How about taunt?

dpmba214.png

Heracross @ Leftovers *** Olympus

Guts
204 HP / 148 Atk / 156 Spd
Adamant
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Megahorn
- Stone Edge

I approve.

Overall, pretty sturdy. Synergy is good, your pokes cover each other's weaknesses well (especially zong and tran.)You kinda have a mamo/HP ground articuno weak after bronzong is KOed.

Yanmega could give you problems.

I was looking this over to give it a rating, (I decided on 8.5/10 :) )I think you would benefit greatly from a more attacking oriented gliscor.

6/252/252 (hp/attack/speed)
Timid @ leftovers

EQ
AA
SD
Taunt

I just realized that gliscors stats are perfect for a bulky phys sweeper. You can take EVs out of attack and put the in HP. If you don't like max speed, give him about 310-311. Try this out!

EDIT: CRESSELIA!

dpffsa488.png

Tranquility (Cresselia) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 174 HP/8 Spd/84 SAtk/244 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Sleep Talk
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Psychic
- Moonlight

This is my special walling cress. She can function as a double wall somewhat effectively. The HP fighting slot gets changed around a lot...

Shadow ball/grass knot/icebeam/chargebeam/hp fire o_O

i have a question on how you're going to hurt common walls such as suicune when heracross needs to setup to put a dent into them, while suicune or swampert can roar it out. Perhaps you should put specs Starmie to help fix that.

Please fix your team format. This was pretty annoying to read. Either put them all to the left, like normal, or at least center them. I'll go pokemon by pokemon.

Bronzong: Looks good from what I see. Possibly find out how much attack is needed to OHKO Gengar with Gyro Ball, and adjust your EV spread from there. If you want it to counter Gengar, I suggest possibly trying a ResTalker here. You will have a Recovery move, and be able to absorb Gengar's Hypnosis, and still be able to attack. Sleep Talk will also help with Gyro Ball's low PP.

Cresselia: Saying that anything not boosted or SE isn't going to hurt Cresselia is kind of redundant, because any attacks aimed at taking her down are going to be boosted or SE. If you don't change Bronzong to a ResTalker, I really suggest making Cresselia one. While Cresselia can normally shrug off most of those unboosted hits you mentioned, she can't do it when Moonlight is only recovering 25% HP because of a Sandstorm. The moveset looks fine if you want to keep it the way it is though.

Starmie: Why are you running the Bulky EV spread if you want Starmie to sweep? And why are you running TWave? Starmie has base 115 speed, there are only a few things that outspeed it in OU. Recover or Grass Knot are much better options for that moveslot. Change the EV spread to something more offensive if you want it to sweep as well. Starmie has the potential to sweep, just not with 266 SpAtk.

Gliscor: If you make Bronzong a ResTalker, you can put Stealth Rock here. One attack you should consider is Knock Off. Knock Off is very usful in crippling anything sent in on Gliscor, since DP is so item dependant now. I would put it over Aerial Ace. The speed EV's are fine. Taking 20 points out of defense for attack isn't going to do anything, it'll make a small % difference in the damage you deal. Unfortunatly, Gliscor already struggles to keep up with hard hitters sometimes, taking more out of his defenses isn't going to help with anything.

Heatran: I actually suggest using either HP Electric, HP Grass, or Explosion in the last slot. HP Electric will OHKO Gyarados, HP Grass will OHKO Swampert. Both are common switches into Heatran that it can't do much about. Run Fire Blast instead of Overheat. When you get a Flash Fire boost, Fire Blast will make better use of it since it's a stable 180 BP STAB attack. Also, 2 Fire Blast's are stronger than 2 Overheats. If you're worried about accuracy, Fire Blast is 85% accurate as compared to Overheat's 90%. Running Taunt on a Specs Heatran is a bad idea. However, if you change it to Life Orb, or Leftovers, Taunt becomes exceptionally good.

Heracross: SD Heracross is a beast, but how often do you really sweep with it? The nice thing about Heracross, is that it hits hard, with or with a Swords Dance. CB Heracross is so good because it can come in and is all ready to do damage. Swords Dance Heracross on the other hand, has to use a turn setting up. I would run max attack, and either a Life Orb or Flame Orb here. If you go with Flame Orb, Facade 2HKO's Gliscor after 1 Swords Dance. Facade is also usful because you don't have to lower your defenses using Close Combat on a pokemon when Facade will OHKO it anyways. However, Life Orb + Swords Dance is a 56% chance of OHKOing Skarmory, and has a 25% chance of OHKOing Forretress with Close Combat. Hippowdon is a 2HKO still. SD Lucario could also work in this spot for you. With your current EV spread and item, Lucario has about 200 more attack, when factoring in the Life Orb. Lucario also has a great typing, more speed and gets Extremespeed, which really helps with faster threats, unlike Heracross.

Special attackers in general can hurt this team a lot, since Cresselia needs to Calm Mind before her SpDef is decent. Specs Porygon-Z has the ability to 2HKO everything on this team. Yanmega can also potentially give you a lot of trouble. Shifting some of Cresselia's EV's to SpDef could help with immediate switches, when you don't have a Calm Mind boost yet.

Lava Plume over Will-o-Wisp is a viable option if you want to go for burning, and enables you to clean up towards the end of the game. Expert Belt on Starmie is also pretty nice for going on the offense. Faster sleepers or taunters can cause you problems, though Starmie absorbs status well and is a nice switch in for any moves thrown at Bronzong anyway (unless it's a smartass Gengar who uses Thunderbolt or Shadow Ball, but Hypnosis is more likely in these circumstances).

Are you very scared of Gyarados? Charge Beam could be dropped for Psychic or Hidden Power Fighting, preferably HP for Weavile as he can kill everything on your team once Bronzong is out of the way. Calm Mind is enough SpD, I'd move the EVs to speed or SpA, though speed isn't that big a deal as Heracross can be handled by Gliscor. Strategy wise, don't unveil Heatran too soon. If you think you can feel a WoW, Hera's the better bet to take it because the boost will last even when he's switched out.

NO R U SRS MY WEVIL CUD BEET YR DALGA BECUS IT HAS 3 TM MOVES AND HAS 97 LEVELS U CVANNOT BE SEROIS WAHT A NOOB AHAAHHA

Also, before I rate, you may have the most hideous formatting I have ever seen. Good job.

I suggest you fix that starmie. It has all those nice moves, sure, but how helpful is it really? Thunderwave on starmie is a very poor idea, as starmie outspeeds most things anyway. Put recover on there.

I think all that needs to be said has been said, so I'll be on my way.

Your Starmie looks good to me now - though if you feel like experimenting, maybe you want to try out a Life Orb to get that extra kick since you're able to Recover off damage anyway, and your objective is to sweep with it. Of course, this isn't essential, it's just an extra option to consider.

If you're going to explode with Heatran, perhaps go for a Mild or Rash nature. Merely keeping your Attack neutral will help you out in many cases - you want to be doing as much damage as you can with Heatran when its done.
