I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

(Special Sweeper)

Jolteon (M) @ Shuca Berry
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Hardy Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Agility
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Jolteon is usually sent out first, and I changed Thunder to Thunderbolt and Rain Dance to Agility. I gave it a Shuca Berry to protect against Ground type attacks. Shadow Ball is used to deal with Psychic and Ghost types, and HP Grass deals with the aforementioned Ground types. So far, Jolteon has been doing rather well.

(Wall)

Blissey (F) @ Chesto Berry
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Rest
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss

I replaced Cofagrigus with a Blissey with maxed HP and SpeD EVs. I'm thinking of changing it, though, because it's not doing that well. It get KO'd rather easily, and it can't do much if it does stay in.

(Special Sweeper)

Alakazam (F) @ TwistedSpoon
Trait: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Alakazam is my other Special sweeper, and I don't know why I gave her Substitute. Psychic is used as a general attack; Focus Blast is for Dark, Steel, Ice, and Rock types; Shadow Ball for Ghost types. I'm thinking of changing Substitute to another move to give her better coverage. I've had good experiences with Alakazam in-game, so I'm hoping to use it here.

(Mixed Attacker)

Tyranitar (M) @ Black Belt
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 64 SAtk / 192 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Ice Beam
- Crunch

Tyranitar was changed to mixed attacking and dealing with Ghost, Psychic, and Flying typess. Crunch is for Ghost and Psychic types, and the other moves are just for general coverage. I've never used one in-game, so I'm not really sure how to best use it.

(Wall)

Ferrothorn (F) @ Shed Shell
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 68 Def / 188 SDef
Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
- Power Whip

Ferrothorn is a physical wall. Spikes and Leech Seed are for setting up, and Gyro Ball and Power Whip are my attack moves. I've wanted to use one for a while, and now is my chance. Although, I've never been much one for setting up.

(Physical Sweeper)

Breloom (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 236 HP / 212 SDef / 60 Spd
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Bulk Up
- Spore
- Seed Bomb
- Drain Punch

Breloom is my Physical sweeper. He usually is sent out first along with Jolteon. Toxic Orb heals him and also prevents him from getting a bad status condition. Bulk Up helps with sweeping, although I rarely use it. Spore is to make one of my opponents easier to deal with. Seed Bomb and Drain Punch are his attacking moves, with Drain Punch also healing him. I'm thinking of ditching Bulk Up in favor another attack move, since I rarely used stat buffs.

I can't really figure out the synergy of the team or your playing style because I don't really have enough information, but based on what I see here are some easy changes to the Pokémon.

Jolteon -> Fine as is, although it wrecks the Sandstorm appeal with Rain Dance

Cofagrigus -> Change this to a special walling Pokémon such as Blissey. As helpful as WoW and Mummy are you don't have a good switch into strong special attacks.

Alakazam -> Switch Twistedspoon to a Life Orb, Magic Guard negates the recoil. Also, a helpful tip would be to change the Modest nature to a Timid nature to help outspeed threats.

Tyranitar -> Switch him to a lead set, since you seem to be lacking one. Some good lead sets to try out can actually be found here on Smogon.

Ferrothorn -> Switch this to a purely physical wall, and shift the EVs as such. From experience I've found that Protect instead of Power Whip works wonders, and especially changing Spikes to Toxic too if you are going to make Tyranitar a lead (with Stealth Rocks).

Breloom -> Fine as is, but if he's giving you any problems, change him to a SubPunch set with Substitute/Focus Punch/Spore/Seed Bomb.

Besides the things that user: inanimate blob pointed out, you should really read the rules before posting an RMT here. There are no descriptions at all, making it impossible for anyone to actually give you a proper rate. Here is a link to the rules for your convenience. I suggest that you read them carefully and edit your thread accordingly, otherwise an RMT mod may lock your thread, and you don't want that, do you?

Aside from that, welcome to Smogon!

Lurk more before posting an RMT. Check out other active threads and the RMT Archive to see the kind of detail we look for. PM me with increased descriptions and this thread will get unlocked.
