ORAS UU I cant stop being defensive

No matter what it seems i make my pokemon defensive for the most part. I had a defensive pain split mawile and a random ho-oh but i took them out because i only had the choice of going straight to ubers. I think i might have a big weakness to ground as i usually end up dying by earthquakes, fire attacks, and fighting. I don't really like using ou pokemon but its fine, im not actually looking to make a certain "ou, uu, nu" teams, i do enjoy playing showdown but the reason i started was to have a way easier view of pokemons moves, movepools, natures, evs/ivs for pokemon building in the real games.

Heres my current team in showdown, what kind of things should i focus on improving, like typing, i know i need to get more attackers.
