[SET COMMENTS]
* This set fully exploits Primal Kyogre's enormous Special Attack and access to Primordial Sea, maximizing its breaking potential in offensive teams.
* Origin Pulse is Primal Kyogre's principle STAB move for this set. Its high base power of 110 when Primal Kyogre is at full health allows it to easily 2HKO or OHKO many common walls such as Primal Groudon, Necrozma-DM, and Ho-Oh. Even though its accuracy can be detrimental, it is usually preferred over Water Spout, because its power diminishes proportionally with its HP.
* Ice Beam covers Dragon- and Grass-types that would resist Primal Kyogre's STAB attacks, like Giratina-O, Eternatus, Mega Salamence, and Tera Grass Ho-Oh, and hits Primal Groudon trying to switch on Primal Kyogre and removing Primordial Sea for Desolate Land.
* Thunder hits Water-types like Arceus-Water, Tera Water Zygarde, and opposing Primal Kyogre for super effective damage. Thunder can also be used to fish for paralysis against Eternatus, as a paralyzed Eternatus has much more trouble dealing with Primal Kyogre due to its high damage output, full paralysis chance, and paralysis's drop in Speed, making Primal Kyogre faster and able to 2HKO Eternatus with a Ice Beam at +1.
* Calm Mind is used to boost even more Primal Kyogre's already ridiculously high Special Attack. At +1, Origin Pulse achieve feats such as OHKO specially defensive Necrozma-DM most of the time and OHKO Arceus-Dark.
* A Modest nature is generally recommended in order to maximize its damage output. A Timid nature can be run in order to always at least Speed tie with Primal Groudon and opposing Primal Kyogre.
* This Primal Kyogre's set is best used an early- to mid-game wallbreaker, where its powerful rain boosted STAB moves and coverages threatens many staples in the tier, like Primal Groudon, Arceus-Ground, Ho-Oh, and Necrozma-DM. Due to Water Spout's mechanics, it's often better to bring Primal Kyogre safely on a predicted recover move like Arceus-Ground's Recover, or by anticipating a switch.
* Sticky Web teams particularly like this set for its devastating wallbreaking ability. With Sticky Web up, Primal Kyogre can actively threaten what would be faster threats, such as Zacian-C, Ultra Necrozma, and Mega Mewtwo formes. Thus, Sticky Web setters like Shuckle and Smeargle are great teammates.
* Usual members of hyper offensive archetypes works as well with Primal Kyogre; for example, Dragon Dance Ultra Necrozma threatens Chansey and Heavy-Duty Boots Eternatus, two Pokemon that Primal Kyogre can find trouble dealing with. In return, Kyogre helps against physically bulky Pokemon such as Arceus-Dark, Zygarde, and Primal Groudon. Yveltal is also a great teammate, thanks to its capacity at removing Heavy-Duty Boots and thus making Primal Kyogre even harder to switch into when Sticky Web is up. In return, Primal Kyogre threatens to OHKO Ho-Oh and Arceus-Fairy, two common answers to Sticky Web and Yveltal, respectively. Zacian-C is another great partner for Primal Kyogre, as it outruns and threatens to OHKO Arceus and Yveltal, two common troublemakers for hyper offensive teams.

[SET COMMENTS]
* This set fully exploits Primal Kyogre's enormous Special Attack and access to Primordial Sea, maximizing its breaking potential for which type of teams?.
* Water Spout is Kyogre's principle STAB move for this set. Its gargantuan base power of 150 when Kyogre is at full health allows it to easily 2HKO or OHKO many common walls such as Primal Groudon, Necrozma-DM, and Ho-Oh. While its power diminishes proportionally with its HP, Water Spout is generally preferred over Origin Pulse, because it can 2HKO Chansey at +1, even if Chansey uses Confide after being hit. If such breaking power isn't required, Origin Pulse can be used for more consistency maybe it could be reworded to "more consistent damage output" cuz the accuracy doesnt always mean its more consistent, though its accuracy can be detrimental.
* Ice Beam covers Dragon- and Grass-types that would resist Kyogre's STAB attacks, like Giratina-O, Eternatus, Mega Salamence and Tera Grass Ho-Oh, and hits Primal Groudon trying to switch on Primal Kyogre and removing Primordial Sea for Desolate Land.
* Thunder is made perfectly accurate thanks to Primordial Sea, forms a BoltBeam coverage with Ice Beam, and hits Water-types like Arceus-Water, (AC) Tera Water Zygarde and opposing Primal Kyogre for super effective damage. Thunder can also be used to fish for paralysis against Eternatus, as a paralyzed Eternatus has much more trouble dealing with Primal Kyogre how?.
* Calm Mind is used to boost even more Primal Kyogre's already ridiculously high Special Attack. At +1, Water Spout achieve absurd feats such as OHKO offensive Eternatus, OHKO Tera Water Zygarde after Stealth Rock, and 2HKO Tera Grass defensive Ho-Oh.
* A Modest nature is generally recommended in order to maximize its damage output. A Timid Nature can be run in order to always at least Speed tie with Primal Groudon and opposing Primal Kyogre.

might wanna check the grammar and spelling on these last three points btw

* This Kyogre's set is best used an early- to mid-game wallbreaker, where its powerful rain boosted STAB moves and coverages threatens many staples in the tier, like Primal Groudon, Arceus-Ground, Ho-Oh, and Necrozma-DM. With Sticky Web up, in return, Kyogre can actively threaten what would be faster threats, such as Zacian-C, Ultra Necrozma, and Mega Mewtwo formes. Thus, Sticky Web setters like Shuckle, Ribombee, (RC) also rimbombee is too niche and not on the VR and Smeargle are great teammates.
* Usual members of hyper offensive archetypes works as well with Kyogre; for example, Dragon Dance Ultra Necrozma threatens Chansey and Heavy-Duty Boots Eternatus, two Pokemon that Kyogre can find trouble dealing with. In return, Kyogre helps against Dark-types Pokemon, such as Arceus-Dark and Yveltal. physically bulky Pokemon such as Zygarde and Primal Groudon pyogre doesnt really beat these two apart from hitting them hard with spout. darkceus outspeeds and 2hkos with foul play while yvel pretty much always outspeeds and does a similar thing, weakening spout Yveltal is also a great teammate, thanks to its capacity at removing Heavy-Duty Boots and thus making Kyogre even harder to switch into when Sticky Web is up. In return, Kyogre threatens to OHKO Ho-Oh and Arceus-Fairy, two common answers to Sticky Web and Yveltal, respectively.

* Thunder is made perfectly accurate thanks to Primordial Sea, forms a BoltBeam coverage with Ice Beam, and (Not necessary and self explanatory) hits Water-types like Arceus-Water, Tera Water Zygarde, and opposing Primal Kyogre for super effective damage.
At +1, Water Spout achieve absurd feats such as OHKO offensive Eternatus, OHKO Tera Water Zygarde after Stealth Rock, and 2HKO Tera Grass defensive Ho-Oh. (Any relevant calcs for +1 Origin Pulse should the reader choose that move?)
* A Modest nature is generally recommended in order to maximize its damage output. A Timid nature can be run in order to always at least Speed tie with Primal Groudon and opposing Primal Kyogre.
* This Kyogre's set is best used an early- to mid-game wallbreaker, where its powerful rain boosted STAB moves and coverages threatens many staples in the tier, like Primal Groudon, Arceus-Ground, Ho-Oh, and Necrozma-DM. * Sticky Web teams particularly like this set for its devastating wallbreaking ability. With Sticky Web up, in return, (Primal Kyogre isn’t really returning a favor here since the Sticky Web is what’s allowing it to do any of this.) Kyogre can actively threaten what would be faster threats, such as Zacian-C, Ultra Necrozma, and Mega Mewtwo formes. Thus, Sticky Web setters like Shuckle and Smeargle are great teammates.
* Usual members of hyper offensive archetypes works as well with Kyogre; for example, Dragon Dance Ultra Necrozma threatens Chansey and Heavy-Duty Boots Eternatus, two Pokemon that Kyogre can find trouble dealing with. In return, Kyogre helps against physically bulky Pokemon such as Arceus-Dark, (Re-adding since we’re assuming webs are up here which means Primal Kyogre does the same thing it does to Arceus-Fairy) Zygarde and Primal Groudon. Yveltal is also a great teammate, thanks to its capacity at removing Heavy-Duty Boots and thus making Kyogre even harder to switch into when Sticky Web is up. In return, Kyogre threatens to OHKO Ho-Oh and Arceus-Fairy, two common answers to Sticky Web and Yveltal, respectively. (Mention Meteor Beam Eternatus as it threatens Defoggers such as Ho-Oh, Yveltal, and Giratina-O who would otherwise Defog webs. Also is great against specially offensive Yveltal which otherwise does a ton of damage to Primal Kyogre. Would also mention Zacian-C as it’s good into Arceus which causes web teams problems while beating Yveltal too.)

Origin Pulse was indeed agreed on being the default move with Water Spout being other options material out of its inconsistency (meaning that it's still mentioned, but not directly slashed).

Anchor9 I implemented your QC check BUT, regarding Eternatus, I felt that was a bit redundant considering that all of Ho-Oh, Yveltal, and Giratina-O were threatened by Primal Kyogre, especially if it is set up. Do you need me to still implement it, or maybe is there other targets I did not mention that Eternatus can beat ?

Yeah that’s fine. You don’t have to implement it.
