As the title suggested, this is a stall team where 5/6 of the team carry leftovers. Without further ado, here's my stall team! CnC ;)

Uxie @ Leftovers
252 HP/236 Defense/20 Sp Def, Impish
- Stealth Rock
- Yawn
- Thunder Wave
- U-turn
This is my lead and stealth rocker. Uxie is amazing! I try to set up Stealth Rock asap to increase switch-in damage, before inflicting status upon my opponents. Thunder Wave might be clashing with Yawn, but it's really useful. For example, I Yawn on an Infernape. The Infernape, fearing either a Psychic attack or falling asleep, would usually run away. Now most people expect Uxie to be set-up bait, and so they switch to a sweeper like Gengar, Gyarados or Salamence. That's when I Thunder Wave them, rendering their sweeping attempts useless. U-turn is there in case Uxie gets taunted, so that I can run to a teammate for help.

Skarmory @ Shed Shell
252 HP/96 Attack/154 Defense/8 Speed, Impish, Keen Eye
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost
- Brave Bird
A bit of attack never hurt anyone, especially if Skarmory is forced to take on Heracross and Gyarados by himself. The small bit of speed is to blow away enemy Skarmory.
Spikes are a very important strategy of my team, and who better to lay them than Skarmory! With all those resistances along with Roost, Skarmory can easily find time to lay them. When that is done, the fun starts by blowing away opponents, causing damage from my entry hazards. As you can see, Skarmory is the only member who doesn't have leftovers. I don't want some random magnetic UFO to spoil my strategy.

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
252 HP/100 Defense/20 Special Attack/136 Special Defense, Calm, Clear Body
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Ice Beam
Tentacruel's duty is to lay my 3rd entry hazard, which are Toxic Spikes. Tentacruel is also in charge of getting rid of my opponent's entry hazards, while being a decent Infernape counter. Defense EVs help it take Close Combats. Clear Body helps Tentacruel to combat Skymin, preventing the Special Defense loss from Seed Flare.
I'm considering HP Electric here because Tentacruel isn't afraid of EQ-less Gyarados, plus Tentacruel also makes a good Empoleon counter. Your thoughts?

Blissey @ Leftovers
252 Defense/40 Special Attack/216 Sp Def, Calm, Natural Cure
- Wish
- Protect
- Seismic Toss
- Ice Beam
Ah...what would a stall team be without the other half of the hated SkarmBliss combo? However, Blissey is necessary for my team to take on the special threats such as Heatran, Gengar, and Zapdos. Special Defense EV's are needed for her to take Focus Blasts and Modest Heatran's Flash Fire boosted Fire Blasts. Blissey's most important job here is to support and heal her team with Wish, especially Tentacruel and Rotom. Protect is necessary to scout for Trickers and to prevent damage from that Heatran and/or Azelf's Explosion. Protect also scouts for Pursuit. Seismic Toss so that Blissey can handle Heatran. Ice Beam allows Blissey to take on Skymin and kill Salamence. A lot of idiots think Blissey is set-up bait and Dragon Dance. I stay in and use Ice Beam, killing their Salamence. I'm considering Flamethrower though, so that I can hit Scizor and Lucario on the switch. Thoughts?

Rotom-H @ Leftovers
252 HP/168 Defense/88 Speed, Bold
- Discharge
- Overheat
- Shadow Ball
- Will-o-wisp
Because I spend a lot of time setting up my entry hazards, I need a ghost to prevent my hard work from getting ruined by Rapid Spin. Rotom's perfect for the job, as well as being a decent counter to Lucario, Heracross, and Scizor. Either of its STAB hits hard at Starmies who insist on spinning. Overheat gets rid of Forretress, and Will-o-wisp nails Tyranitar and Scizor. Speed allows me outrun max speed Scizor and burn them. I doublt Scizor would stay in though.

Hariyama @ Leftovers
78 HP/180 Attack/252 Defense, Impish, Thick Fat
- Knock Off
- Whirlwind
- Ice Punch
- Revenge
My team was rather weak to Tyranitar, so Hariyama works fine to get rid of him. He's also an excellent Weavile counter, and my only reliable way of getting rid of enemy Blisseys. Knock Off screws over pretty much everything, while Whirlwind helps with the entry hazards. However, I'm not too sure whether Hariyama is the right member in this slot. Your thoughts? Hariyama is the replacable member on this team.
Notable annoyances to this team include:
Trickers in general. If Uxie has already done his job(laid Stealth Rock and hopefully laid some status), I'll gladly let Uxie receive a choice item.
Togekiss. Annoying shit who's immune to Toxic Spikes. Normally I have to outstall it with Blissey and/or Tentacruel, and that becomes dangerous if Togekiss has Plot.
Cresselia. Super annoying to get rid of. Once again, I have to outstall with Blissey.
