I love cake.. and pokemon!

Well here is my first RMT thread, and i've been working on this team for a little bit and so far so good on Shoddy.

Swampert @ Leftovers
Impish
254 HP / 128 Atk / 128 Def
- Stealth Rock
- Curse
- Waterfall
- Earthquake

This guy is a fantastic lead. Sets up stealth rock, dual STAB moves. With his bulkiness and resistances, if he gets off a couple of curses, he has been known to sweep entire teams.

Gallade @ Life Orb
Adamant
254 Atk / 128 Spd / 128 Sp.Def
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Close Combat
- Shadow Sneak

A nice physical sweeper, awesome late game when everything is on low health and he can shadow sneak them all. Swords dance shadow sneak hurts, close combat for STAB and leaf blade for bulky waters and tentacruel.

Metagross @ Leftovers
Modest
252 HP / 40 Def / 40 Sp.Atk / 178 Sp.Def
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Psychic
- Grass Knot

This guy can be tanky with his great resistances and movepool, so i decided to make him a rest talker. Grass Knot for Swamperts.

Typhlosion @ Choice Scarf
Modest
252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Eruption
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast
- Seismic Toss

Your usual scarf typhlosion, which most people don't really expect and can sweep entire teams with Eruption if the opponent doesn't have a counter. Hidden Power [Ice] for dragons, Focus Blast for Tyranitar, and Seismic Toss as a filler because he doesn't have a large movepool and with this he can late game sweep anything on low health.

Machamp @ Choice Scarf
Jolly @ No Guard
252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Dynamic Punch
- Stone Edge
- Ice Punch
- Earthquake

This guy is rarely seen, especially using a choice scarf over rest talking. With Jolly nature, this allows him to outspeed your usual 339 speed pokemon, but unfortunately not quite 350 speed pokemon such as Gengar and Espeon. Extremely fast dynamic punch confusion, other moves handle different type pokemon depending on their weakness'. Thunder Punch for Gyarados and Ice Punch for Salamence and Garchomp (I was unsure about the last two move slots considering stone edge is already there).

Salamence @ White Herb
Timid
252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
- Substitute
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power [Electric]
- Draco Meteor

This guy does me wonders, especially with White Herb allowing him to do a double Draco Meteor. Hidden Power [Electric] for type coverage and Gyarados that switch in on you hoping to Dragon Dance.

At the moment i'm having trouble seeing any major weakness' (Apart from legendaries, as I tend not to verse them considering their overall bulkiness in every stat which is just unfair).

If you can suggest anything that will strengthen my team, please do so. Thankyou.

*EDIT* Team updated.

Hey man, welcome to Smogon. Don't get turned off by the rampant elitism, we're all typical pokemon nerds around here.

Anyways, on to your team.

Your EV spreads are a little... weird. I don't really think you put a lot of thought into them, because 128 attack and 128 defense on Swampert is somewhat of a waste. For Cursepert, try Careful with 240 HP / 180 Def / 88 SpD, ripped off the Analysis. The Smogon EV spreads are usually painstakingly calculated to squeeze the most out of a pokemon's stats, and unless you have a specific purpose in mind (outrunning something, or surviving a commonly used move) it's best to follow them.

Thanks to the ability Blaze, Typhlosion can sweep with an insanely powerful attack, Flamethrower, late game when his health is low. In fact, with the Blaze Boost activated, it is only 6% weaker than a full power Eruption. I reccomend using it over Seismic Toss. Focus Punch is also an option over Focus Blast if you use Mild because it packs a whallop for the omnipresent Blissey, much more than Focus Blast would.

For Metagross, I think that 32 HP / 10 ATK / 252 Satk / 216 Spe would be better. You hit 460 speed, outrunning Scarfchomp and Scarf-Z. 32 HP hits 309, a nice Life Orb number (a good item for an agility set, IMO) and 252 Satk maximizes your attack power. Use Naughty and pack Meteor Mash over Psychic, because once again, it helps you get past Blissey if they get any bright ideas switching in. It will do 53.05% minimum to standard Blissey, so if you can hit it on the switch-in, it will lose to you.

Lastly, HP Electric on Salamence is a terrible idea. Flamethrower will let you get past Bronzong much easier, and hits all those annoying Steels that resist Dragon attacks. Choice Specs Draco Meteor hits harder over two turns than White Herb Draco Meteor, and it works more than once. Substitute can be replaced with Dragon Pulse for late game sweeping.

For Gallade, Leaf Blade is a cool move, but has terrible coverage. Get Ice Punch, Night Slash or X-scissor instead. Ice Punch beats Salamence, Night Slash hits Dusknoir, Cress and Celebi hard, and X-scissor hits Cress and Celebi even harder than Night Slash. Shadow Sneak is OK because SD + Priority moves is always nice.
