Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 240 SDef / 20 Spd
Calm Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Discharge
- Roost
- Heat Wave

Zapdos is a special wall that can also deal some damage. It spreads paralyses with discharge and has the coverage to take down almost everything that doesnt resist or have something to kill zapdos. The evs give it enough to outspeed adamant breloom and kill with heat wave. It
is also a safe switch in to most things and threatens them out, i cant name all of them but some big names include scizor, lucario, jirachi, keldeo, some genesects. Roost is for recovery and leftovers for a little longevity.

POKE-Rising_hippowdon_25.jpg

Hippowdon @ Smooth Rock
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Whirlwind
- Slack Off
- Ice Fang

Hippowdon is great. He is a massive physical wall with recovery and brings the sand for a little extra damage each turn. Whirlwind is to get out set up attackers such as aegislash or physical lucario. Ice fang is for coverage and flying types and levitate dragons that think they can switch into earthquake. I once outstalled a physically defensive madibuzz with this hippowdon.

Florges @ Red Card
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Aromatherapy
- Wish
- Toxic

Florges is another special wall that can take an ice beam like my other 2 cant. It lures in steel types like jirachi or scizor that zapdos can easily take care of. Aeromatherapy for if anything gets status on them. Wish for reacovery that i otherwise wouldnt be able to make room for. Red card was kind of an item i put on because of the 2 item thing, but it has worked in my being able to get things out that i otherwise wouldnt have been kill right then such as mandibuzz.

Aegislash @ Lum Berry
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword

This is a standard aegislash. Lum berry lets me take a burn or paralyses while i set up a swords dance and do some damage. Aegislash can set up all over Galvantula leads. Theres not to much to say about this since everyone knows about aegislash. Kings shield will help me with taking down a physical attacker every now and then.

medicham34.jpg

Medicham-Mega @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Drain Punch
- Psycho Cut
- Recover
This is my mega. He can kill Greninja leads by living a dark pulse and recovering it all back with drain punch. Bullet punch for priority and psycho cut for stab. I chose recovery as a last move because if something wants to sucker punch me i will be able to live the next one after a recover.

starmie50.jpg

Starmie @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Hydro Pump
- Psyshock
- Thunderbolt

Starmie can revenge kill, even things with a speed boost. It takes care of hazard setters not named Greninja. I can outspeed a greninja but a thunderbolt will only do ~80% and i would die to a dark pulse. Rapid spin is a last resort thing for starmie when it is no longer useful and getting away hazards is priority #1.

Threat List
So far of the 2 losses we've had, they were because of bulky teams.
A defensive Mandibuzz is very hard for my team to take down.
Also a Dragon Dance Mega Tyranitar sweeps through this team as well

Well, I like your team.
Mainly because I'm not the only one using Psycho Cut MegaMedicham!
But speaking of him, I'd personally run High Jump Kick. The chance that you'll miss is vastly outweighed by the massive power boost.
As for Recover, i prefer using either Substitute or Fire Punch. Substitute is good for those times when the opponent isn't Sucker Punching, and Fire Punch wrecks Scizor. It can also potentially KO MegaPinsir with the burn chance, as an unbosted M-Pinsir Quick Attack usually won't KO Medicham, but Mega Pinsir has base 105 speed, which I personally don't understand, so you'll die next turn.

In addition, Pokebank OU doesn't have an item clause, so you can run two of the same item.

Aegislash, while you run the set I use, often goes mixed. this is so you don't get screwed over by Will-O-Wisp, which goes through King's Shield. If you want the mixed set, it's
-King's Shield
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head/Sacred Sword/Night Slash

Hippowdon is fine.
Maybe Stealth Rock>Whirlwind?

Florges needs those Leftovers.
Zapdos. Why not run Volt Switch>HP Ice? HP Ice isn't really enough to KO Dragonite with Multiscale up, but I suppose it DOES help with Gliscor and Landorus. And mebbe Garchomp.

But yeah, the team seems pretty solid.
