I need a good starter

I'm looking for a good starter that can either roar/whirlwind/haze and/or taunt. It would also be nice if this potential starter could be packing a Dragon, Dark, Flying or Ground type attack.

I've tried Crobat, Celebi, Skarmory and Dodrio... but each one seems to be the odd man out on my team and ends up as dead weight.

Any good recommendations on who I should use?
 
Well, a self-inflicting sandstorm right from the start isn't really the best option for my team.

A quick run down of my team (sans the starter).
- Primeape is my physical sweeper, mainly.
- Zam is supposed to be my special sweeper, but the only moves that really see action are encore and grass knot. So, he's just there.
- Arcanine is another physical attacker, but with roar.
- Jolteon is my real special sweeper. Has better type coverage than Zam. Also has roar.
- Vaporeon is my wall. His set is pretty standard, except he carries roar as well.

On second though, I probably don't need another phazer. Someone else with Wish would be cool. But Taunt is the main move I believe I need. How about an electrode?
 
You're the trainer, you make the team. This includes who you start with. If you're unsure, type out the team in full (that means all 6 pokemon with moves, nature, evs, items, descriptions, etc) in a RMT in the RMT forum and just make note that you have <pokemon> starting but would like to replace <pokemon> for something better and ask for opinions.
