Hey, I'm kind of confused of what's happening. I need a Heal Beller so i clicked on the ability on smogon pokedex. So i clicked on umbreon and i made a custom set, i was so happy. But when i clicked on "Find Match" in the find tab it says "This pokemon doesn't learn Heal Bell...? Someone help me :)
