I need help completing my team

Choice Scarf Abuse

Okay, I have my team together, but I'm not sure if there are any major flaws. I tried to put choice onto a few pokeon that usually don't carry it. Please,feel free to point out major gaps, and suggest even pokemon replacements. PLease RMT

My lead. Forretress lays down as many spikes as it can, then explodes. Zap cannon is to electrocute any gyarados that taunts me. I choose stealth rock over toxic spikes, because it can hit flyers, only takes one turn, and makes sure no one with a focus sash (weavile) escapes unscathed.

Salamence is fast enough to outrun most faster pokemon, except for a few (gengar?). I basically use Salamence to beat huge holes in many common leads, such as bronzong (flamethrower) and gyarados (draco meteor), after Forretress serves its purpose. If I should see gengar, salamence will run for the hills.

Salamence's partner in crime. Few will expect Metagross to run choice scarf, so this set will be a nasty suprise for an unsuspecting garchomp. Thunderpunch pounds bulky waters, especially gyarados, who dare to get in metagross's way. Meteor mash and earthquake are for STAB and type coverage.

A bulky gyarados, only with return (personally, I'm sick of stone edge missing). Gyarados comes in on an opponent it can take advantage of, and sets up DD. With all of its defences, it's almost certain to get off a DD or two. When it's not setting up to destroy, gyarados takes hits and bites back.

Milotic comes in, and absorbs hypnosis, or rests. When it's resting, marvel scale activates, and milotic suddenly becomes physically more sturdy, with 383 defence. in essence, milotic serves to take hits (with all my choice items), and activate the sleep clause, and also attack opponents with decent force.

A choice scarf heatran. Heatran takes advantage of the fact that 3 of my pokemon are weak to fire. If it gets a flash fire boost, then choice users will be forced to switch. It would be almost like a special dd. Heatran also puts the hurt on gengar which I throughly despise.

The main thing I have going for me is the fact that not many people expect metagross or heatran to a lesser extent, to be packing a choice scarf. This very mistake could lead to their destruction.
 
On Metagross I'd definitely go with Choice Band over Scarf. It's too slow. Bullet Punch over Ice Punch. Also, I'd go with EQ over return on Gyrados. Zap Cannon is pretty unique on Forretress, but keep in mind that it has very poor accuracy.
