Just make a post there. This is the SS OU team forum, where you post a completed SS OU team for rating by others. This is a simple question for VGC. Try moving your question over there, you'll likely get better and more reliable information.

Yea if you aren't familiar with the layout of this site it can be hard to find anything you're looking for. A good page you want to know is this one:

you can reach it by clicking the "forums" button at the top of the page. This'll bring you to the main forums list, and from there you can find most things you are looking for such as the pages for the official smogon tiers such as SS OU, older tiers like ADV UU, official Pokemon battle formats like VGC and Battle Stadium, and pages containing conversations completely unrelated to pokemon
