I need help with my team

For too long now I've done nothing but lose over and over again. The only times I win is if the other guy disconnects. I've been working on a team so much that it doesn't even use any of the original pokemon. I've tried everything I can but whenever I make any changes I always go up against someone who can easily counter my team. I use stallers? Trick encore and roar. I use sweepers? Faster sweepers and stallers who love status effects. No matter what I do I always fail miserably. Here's what I have:

Spr_5b_596.png

Galvantula @ Life Orb
Trait: Compoundeyes
EVs: 252 Spd / 4 SDef / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Energy Ball
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Fire]

It's a policy of mine to avoid legends, so this is my Raikou replacement. I figure the extra speed and power from life orb will allow me to punish anyone who tries to switch in. I have Energy Ball for grass and ground/water coverage, along with HP Fire for any steel types I go up against.

Scrafty @ Leftovers
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Crunch
- Bulk Up

I heard recently Scrafty was shot down to UU and I wanted to give him a try. Leftovers and shed skin to shrug off chip damage and statuses while he bulks up and hits back hard with Drain punch for extra health or Crunch for ghost types who can outspeed him. Ice Punch is in case I predict a switch into flyers.

Roserade @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd / 4 SDef / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Sludge Bomb

I had a tremendous problem dealing with blastoise and swampert, and although galvantula will scare them off I have roserade for sleep. She hits fairly hard with giga drain and sludge bomb, while using hp fire in case another grass pokemon tries to wall me.

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 HP / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk
- Curse
- Rest
- Earthquake
- Crunch

My favorite pokemon in existence, and the pokemon the team is meant to center around. If I have to change the team, I'd like to at least keep her. Too many times she's saved my ass by switching into something that can't do much, getting a curse off before the predicted fighting type, and curse rest the damage away. Once she has a few curses off nothing short of a crit or choice band will stop her. Rest to get back her massive hp pool and to remove burns, while Earthquake/Crunch covers most pokemon that try to switch into her predicted body slam. I don't bother with sleep talk because 90% of the time it chooses rest. I'm already putting my fate in the hands of chance by not getting crit, hurting myself in confusion, being paralyzed, flinching, so I'd rather not lose because she was suppose to body slam when she used rest again.

Xatu @ Leftovers
Trait: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Bold Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Psychic
- Roost
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

Xatu is more of a ultility than anything else. Predicting either a status move or entry hazard, I switch to her and send anything right back. She's taunted sableyes, roared out blastoises, and poisoned slowbros. Thunder wave if the opponent is a bit of a threat in terms of speed, and psychic/hp fighting in case I need her to stay in. Roost to heal back health if she misses a stealth rock. I didn't bother with U-Turn because her damage is always too low for it to matter, even on pokemon it's meant to have an advantage over. Plus she was hit by a predicted pursuit from a krookodile while using U-Turn, and thanks to a bug currently on Pokemon Showdown, it hit twice and killed her.

Mismagius @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Hidden Power [Fighting]

This one is an odd situation. I started using her for a monoteam over on PS when everyone was a gym leader and I found myself enjoying her. She switches to a substitute while the other person mispredicts an attack and gets a nasty plot going. Assuming the pokemon hasn't or can't break my substitute I continue thinking nasty thoughts until I hit max, then sweep. She's caused more ragequits than kills, but both are high enough for me to keep her on the team.

I see my team's weak to taunt and trick, but I don't know how to deal with trick. I'm betting Togekiss can have a field day with this team too. Whirlwind, roar, and dragon tail all can switch out my three boosting pokemon, but with Xatu I can at least reflect roar and whirlind while dragon tail's blocked by substitute on Mismagius and hopefully high bulk on everything else.

I don't want to be the best ever, but being able to win SOME matches would be nice. I'm betting by now my Pokemon Showdown score is in the triple digits, where the average score's 1700. Like I said, even if I have to scrap and redo everything I want to at least keep snorlax. She's always been good and always does her job well. She loses to crits, but she can take hits from pokemon that surprise even the opponent.

Hey man, sorry that I couldn't rate beforehand - I had an orthodontist appointment. The teams looking pretty solid except for a few minor things and I'm not going to force you to use legendaries if you don't want to so here goes.
First thing I'd like to address is your HUGE weakness to strong fire types like Victini and Arcanine. I recall seeing a Blastoise on this team - where'd it go?

Spr_5b_009.png

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252HP / 252Def / 4SpDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
Scald
Rapid Spin
Roar
Toxic
The thing about this set is that it can provide lots of utility without being shut down completely by Taunt. It can Roar away any SpinBlockers that lack Taunt, and to the rest (Sableye in particular) it can burn them with Scald. Rapid Spin keeps hazards away from your side of the field (it is much more reliable than Magic Bounce) and Toxic cripples walls that the rest of your team may have troubles dealing with.

Another thing I noticed is the lack of Entry Hazards. Your team seems fairly offensive, and if you have trouble breaking through certain walls, then Stealth Rock/Spikes combined with phazing in Blastoise's Roar can help spread damage. I'd recommend Toxic Spikes over Sludge Bomb for Roserade, as Poison doesn't provide any important coverage. Leaf Storm could also work if you're lacking power.

Why Blastoise, run a more bulky build of roserade, I like to use Spikes, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb and Rest. 252 HP, 120 Def, 136 Sp. D. With rest and natural cure, roserade will almost always be able to be at full HP.
