Gen 3 I need to fight some fight (RMT)

Before posting this i just realized that i posted a VERY similar team a few months back. Changed a few things since then and would appreciate any of the old raters to take a look and re-criticize.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 128 HP / 164 Spd / 216 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Standard BPDos, I was sick of all those Flygons who came in to laugh at me so I switched from Grass to Ice. The 303 speed is surprisingly helpful, winning against things EV'd to outrun 300/301.

Regice @ Leftovers
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 24 Spd / 120 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Thunderbolt

Um special wall and status taker, beats Blissey one on one. 24 Speed to reach 142.

Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 236 Atk / 188 Spd / 84 SAtk
Mild Nature (+SAtk, -Def)
- Explosion
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunderbolt

Sorta Mixgar. Sludge Bomb for Bliss/Lax/Celebi, Drain for pert, Bolt for everything else, and Boom as a last ditch move. My only worry is that 303 speed on this is a tad low. But if I wanted to do decent damage to Celebi and still hit hard with Bolt, thats the best I can have I guess

Forretress (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 96 Atk / 56 Def / 104 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes

Spiker/Spinner, Celebi counter to an extent. Also physical wall. Im not sure whether I should put EQ over Boom/HP Bug, both are so useful.

Swampert (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 136 Def / 120 SAtk
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Protect

Hi TTar, except not really with CBtars, this (BAN ME PLEASE) still does his job well though, protecting my team against Gross/Mence and works well as a move scout.

Tyranitar (F) @ Liechi Berry
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Double-Edge
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Eh the DDLiechitar which I love. Beats the pert switch-in one on one at full health, barring CHs. And I like how people send heracrosses/weakened claydols into this and get owned by DE.

So thats it, fire away at will. Through experience I found that this team has issues with CB/Subpunchtar. Again, all help would be appreciated.

Somethings I notice that helps the team single Pokewise, and not as a whole:

I rather do HPGrass than HPIce on Zapdos cause you can hurt Flygons and Salamences so much easier than Swampert, who hurts you more while it's attacking too.

Don't do +Def on Regice, IIRC, all you need is 261 defense and you'll be fine for everything, either give it a boost in power or in tanking.

If you want to hit hard with Bolt yet sitll hurt Celebi, why not ditch bolt for Thunder, which allows you to use less special attack stat since your move has more power now. Although, it could hrut if you miss against like Gyarados or something, but at least you'll outspeed it. =[

+Defense is better on Forretress, it's not meant to take special moves regardless of how many resistences it might have.

TTar shouldn't be max speed if it's not Jolly, since you're not beating anything that significant than from another stat such as say 200-210. If you have a Liechi, than Double-Edge isn't needed, Earthquake -should- do the job. (P.S. You lose if you get it in Torrent if it's not 100% and it Hydro Pumps)

Well gengar has Giga Drain already, so I don't think it would hurt to have an hp ice on Zapdos to deal with the other ground that could wall DDtar.

Your team also have problems with Raikou. Sure you have Ttar's sandstream and Regice to wear it down, but you really have to set up that sandstorm quick and bring Regice in before Raikou puts more than 1 CM up. Raikou does have pressure after all, and could possibly wear down Regice with it. When you bring in your Ttar, there's a risk of losing a little less of half of its health, but Raikou would most likely sub, so I guess you could pull it off.

Oh let me explain that one. The idea is that when the swampert switches in, you have one DD up. Then you DE while it Surf/EQ, which would not kill you even with the DE recoil, bringing you into Liechi zone, and then you can EQ for the kill yourself.

On the matter about the speed, I honestly do not know what else the EVs could be put into. Without the max speed, you could very well lose to something like zapdos after one DD, while 332(after 1 dd) usually beats them. People would switch in their bulky water/metagross anyway, and imo the HP gained from the EVs from speed wouldnt make much of a difference.
Thanks for the help.

Actually, no, without Adamant, you fail to KO Swampert like you plan to. This is to a max HP/279 Defense Swampert. After your initial Dragon Dance, Double-Edge will do 50% max. Meaning after Leftovers, Swampert is now at 56%. After your Liechi activation, an EQ will only do 55% max, therefore Tyranitar will always win. However, another Double-Edge would kill it.

HOWEVER, since Double-Edge would do roughly 50% to Swampert, and takes 1/3rd of the damage delt, which would be around taking back in roughly 70 HP. Which is roughly 20% average. Now, off of a 230 special attack, which is quite low considering most people carry over around 240, it does 75% minimum to your Tyranitar. Meaning you will be left with 5% should it do minimum damage. You D-E again and you kill yourself. Hydro Pump does even average and you're dead.

P.S. I've been using a D-EDDTar for 2 years. (Kind of a few months before you joined actually!)

Um but if you look closer, I am using Adamant and that is precisely the reason why, but thanks for the heads up anyway. Also i wasnt taking into account of Hydro Pump pert when i made this team, which was a hell long time ago when earthquake and surf were more popular. Would just hope for a crit then =(

Edit: Oh i realised that i have been a tad unclear in my previous post. When i said max speed, i was refering to your suggestion of not putting the whole 252 EVs in speed, and not making it jolly. My apologies.
