I really hate Gharceus...

Forretress (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Atk / 144 Def
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Gyro Ball
- Payback

ToxiSpiker. Also acts as a Dragon switch in when I'm expecting Draco Meteor. My physical tank, too, come to think of it. Lately hasn't really been pulling his weight due to the huge amount of Shandera that seem to be showing up, so I'm definitely open to switching things up.

Groudon @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 112 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Def / 136 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Dragon Tail
- Fire Punch

Lays down the sunshine, powering up half of my team. Lays rocks and phazes, helping spread the poison and a bit more damage. Fire Punch because no one expects him to have it and they switch in their silly Steel types and expect to get a free spike lay.

230px-150Mewtwo.png

Mewtwo @ Life Orb
Trait: Anxiety
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Psycho Break
- Aura Sphere
- Fire Blast
- Calm Mind

Sex on a stick. Kills so much it isn't even funny. Been considering Shell Bell instead of Life Orb for more survivability. Fire Blast was originally there for Steel killing, but now that I'm looking at it maybe Shadow Ball would be better for the Mewtwo mirror. I've got enough fire floating around anyway.

200px-491Darkrai.png

Darkrai @ Leftovers
Trait: Bad Dreams
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Dark Pulse
- Focus Blast
- Dark Void
- Nasty Plot

Oh god Darkrai. It lays down the sleep, then most likely Plots up. For some reason people haven't been switching out lately, so maybe even able to get up two layers. Then, Pulse and start to sweep. Granted, not that likely due to all the stuff that seems to be showing up that's faster than Darkrai, but it works well enough that I'm loath to replace him.

160px-250Ho-Oh.png

Ho-Oh @ Life Orb
Trait: Regeneration
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Sacred Fire
- Brave Bird
- Recover
- Nitro Charge

Physical sweeper. Nitro Charge their switch in, and either use Brave Bird or Sacred Fire, depending. Really one of my only outs to Arceus Steel, as the rest of my guys are either Special or get pretty well walled by Recover.

210px-643Reshiram.png

Reshiram @ Choice Specs
Trait: Turbo Blaze
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Blue Flame
- Flamethrower
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse

Ohgodthisthingrapes. Thinking about dropping Flamethrower for something like Shadow Ball or Solarbeam or something like that. Special Sweeper is sweeper. Blue Flame is the main attack, hitting most everything not called Kyogre for massive damage. Draco Meteor hits things that Blue Flame doesn't want to, and Dragon Pulse is my catch all for when I don't know what to expect to switch in after the current pogey dies.

Threat list:

--Toxic Spikes + Arceus Ghost. Oh god I can't deal with it. It's getting so bad that I'm thinking about switching up my entire team because it's so bad.
--Inconsistent dudes with Protect and Substitute. So much. My entire team got sweeped by a Bibarel. BIBAREL!
--Stall in general. I don't know what's up, but I can't break stall teams.

Ok first of all I wouldn't worry alot about the inconsistent strategy as almost no teams are built to deal with this and I really think it should be banned under the evasion clause. But onto the actual team, the main problem I can see with this is for a sun team, this is unbelievable Kyogre weak, specifically ScarfOgre, not only do you not have a decent switch in to ScarfOgres Water Spout/Surf but without a Choice Scarfer you don't have anything to even revenge it. Your only hope is to send Groudon on it then switch out to something neutral but even then Groudon is unlikely to survive this more than once, and once Groudon goes down ScarfOgre 6-0s your team. I'd built a team virtually identical to this, and quickly realised the need for Scarf Palkia either in place of Darkrai or Mewtwo. When your using a sweeper Ho-Oh Toxic Spikes aren't as useful as they would be with Sub Recover Ho-Oh who outstalls many things if you don't want to change to sub recover Ho-Oh then i would suggest replacing Forretress with Steel Arceus as it is far better tank, has access to recovery so has increased durability and ,well, it's Arceus. This thing practically defines the Gen 5 meta and I've found it very difficult to build a team without one.

Yeah, Kyogre did seem to show up a lot, but I usually got lucky in killing it with something so it never really registered as a threat. So ScarfKia is a good answer to it, then? I wouldn't be sad to see Darkrai go, he hasn't been pulling his weight lately. As for Forre into Arceus Steel, that sounds solid, too. I'll try it out and see what sticks.

Btw if you're having trouble with stall, when you use SteelCeus you're probably best using the stallbreaker set:

-Calm Mind
-Recover
-Judgment
-Roar/Will-O-Wisp

just make sure to watch the opponents team and don't set this up if they still have Shandera or Ho-Oh, and Groudon/Garchomp if you are using Roar over Will-O-Wisp. But seriously this thing has single handedly wrecked most stall teams that I've faced and provides a secondary "check" against ScarfOgre as it will struggle to 2hko with surf if you can get a CM up then you can recover off the damage and you beat it without a critical hit.

Yeah, I couldn't find any EVs for SteelCeus. I have it kinda at 4/252/252 for HP SpAtk and SpDef, but there's gotta be a better spread somewhere.

Added to my threat list: OU teams. I've been beaten by OU teams like 8 times out of 10 because I never know what to expect from them.

Lead ScarfOgre wrecks shit with Water Spout, your best plan is to sac Groudon and bring in Reshiram or Ho-oh. And the next time it comes in, you have no way of resisting water attacks. ScarfKia would help a lot here, but you now get raped back and forth by stall with no setup sweepers.
