SV OU I really want to improve this team

This is my first time posting so I'm sorry if I'm posting incorrectly. I created this team and I can currently peak around 1300 with it. I'd love to go farther with it and I feel like there are some issues with this team but I can't identify what they are.

Haxorus @ Loaded Dice
Ability: Mold Breaker
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Scale Shot
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance

Physical setup sweeper. I decided to build the team around this mon. Spirals out of control after just one SD and 1 or 2 Scale Shots.

Great Tusk @ Booster Energy
Ability: Protosynthesis
Tera Type: Ice
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Ice Spinner

Spinner + Anti-Gliscor/Gholdengo mon. Earthquake over Headlong Rush because it tends to be on the field for a while and the stat drop hinders that a lot. Tera Ice for Gliscor and Dragon-types.

Ribombee @ Focus Sash
Ability: Shield Dust
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sticky Web
- Moonblast
- Stun Spore
- Skill Swap

Sticky web user. Also has a skill swap as a disruption gimmick. Skill swap basically always forces Gliscor to switch out.

Ninetales-Alola @ Light Clay
Ability: Snow Warning
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aurora Veil
- Moonblast
- Freeze-Dry
- Hypnosis

Ninetales is My Aurora Veil user. Does very well into rain teams, removing their weather and doing massive damage with Freeze-Dry. I run Hypnosis for gimmick copium.

Zapdos @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Static
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 152 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Roost
- Volt Switch
- Hurricane
- Heat Wave

Zapdos is my bulky pivot. I usually lead with this mon for a chance to status and immediately Volt Switch out. Also does very well vs Great Tusk.

Iron Valiant @ Choice Specs
Ability: Quark Drive
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Aura Sphere

I honestly just really needed a special attacker. This was the best I could think of. It doesn't put in that much work but can come in clutch in a pinch.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Yeah, the rules said you need at least 3 lines of explanation on the mons, try to fill them by answering some questions
why choose this, mon?
Why choose this move?
Is there something unique about the team/the mon?
