I suck at making teams...Jirachi Theme Team

Ok, well I haven't been able to make a very successful team since early D/P due to the metagame shifts. The recent surge in Garchomp/Lucario and the unbanning of Wobb and Deoxys hasn't really helped either so I need your help. ;) Needless to say, it's been slightly frustrating seeing as I was getting closer to the top 100 for awhile there but I'm currently just sort of meh. I don't particularly like the metagame atm, but I still want to be successful so here we go:

The Lead:

@Focus Sash
6 HP/252 SpAtk/252 Spe
Timid-Natural Cure
~Sleep Powder
~Toxic Spikes
~HP Fire
~Leaf Storm
Roserade is really nothing more than a Toxic Spiker and this team's lead. The goal is to get those TSpikes out ASAP to start whittling down the opponent as quickly as possible. Leaf Storm is really only there for a huge STAB hit while Sleep Powder provides team support and HP Fire takes out those pesky steels.

The Lure:

@Expert Belt
6 Atk/252 SpAtk/252 Spe
Timid-Levitate
~Nasty Plot
~Shadowball
~HP Fight
~Explosion
Lack of stab hurts, but the coverage is undeniably worth it. Shadowball is there to take out Cresselia and other psychics that would otherwise wall Jirachi. HP Fight lets Azelf stay in on Tyranitar and take it out whilst surviving an un-boosted Pursuit. Aside from that, Explosion is there to take out any other immediate threats.

The Backup:

@Leftovers
216 HP/16 Atk/176 Def/100 Spe
Adamant-Intimidate
~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
~Ice Fang
Bulky Gyarados is simply a pokemon that pairs up well with Jirachi and provides and alternate route with which to win in case the main plan goes south. It also helps to deal with SD Lucario thanks to Intimidate.

The Special Wall:

@Leftovers
56 HP/252 Def/200 SpDef
Bold-Natural Cure
~Seismic Toss
~Ice Beam
~Shadowball
~Softboiled
I chose Ice Beam and Shadowball simply to catch people off-guard while still providing its amazing capabilities as a special wall to prevent myself from getting swept. I've never really used Blissey before so any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

The Physical Wall:

@Leftovers
252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Impish-Sandstream
~Earthquake
~Ice Fang
~Roar
~Slack Off
I chose Hippowdon for this slot not only due to its amazing defensive capabilities and the ability to take on some of the major threats, but due to Sandsteam, an ability that, coupled with Toxic Spikes, helps to whittle down the opponent and stall them into a more comfortable KO range from Jirachi.

The Star of the Show:

@Leftovers
252 HP/80 SpAtk/176 Spe
Modest-Serene Grace
~Calm Mind
~Psychic
~Grass Knot
~Substitute
The strategy is simple-come in on something that can't harm you and then setup a Substitute on the switch. If possible, start the Calm Minding process and go for the sweep. I've found that one of the best ways to set something up is to make a lure.

In all honesty, this team contains many firsts for me and is one of my last attempts at making a team that can work in this metagame so any help is greatly appreciated.
